I am not sure which Diagnostic utlity you used previously. I have included the two which should assist with your printing issue. Try the Print Diagnostic utility first.

Looking for Print Server for HP Photosmart C4483 All-in-One Printer

I am looking for Print Servers that I can use with 'HP Photosmart C4483 All-in-One Printer' for both 'Printing and Scanning'. I'm not sure if this Printer is Network Ready or Network Capable, kindly advice.

As I understand it you can print color everywhere but from MS Word 2013? If this is the case try the steps I have outlined below to see if they resolve your issue:
On the View tab, in the Color/Grayscale group, click Black and White.
On the Black and White tab, in the Change Selected Object group, click the settings that you want.

Can someone please help me with my HP photosmart plus ALL IN ONE B209a printer,

I have a problem with my B209a printer, My computer is wired HPE150f, windows 7 64 bit home premium edition
and I had someone come in to my home to set it up so that I could share the printer with my husbands laptop HP G62-220.
I forgot the password and it seems that the settings have got messed up, my husband cannot get access to the scanner and it keeps telling me that no drivers are installed for the printer yet it prints but I can only scan to windows Live photo gallery and no other option.
I have a siemans SE567 modem/ router combo supplied by Telus my ISP provider.
Now everything on my computer shows up as shared or share with which it did not do before but I have no idea how to correct this.
My computer is in a mess and I will have to contact HP support for help with that but the warranty has ran out on my printer even though I started having problems with it only 4 months after purchase and support kept putting me off until the warranty ran out on the 29th of April this year, if anyone can help me figure out how to set my printer correctly please do, I have thought about uninstalling it and reinstalling it again but then I will be stuck on setting it up so that my husband can share it.Also when I print from a web page it is too small to read and when I changed the settings the text was cut off half way through a sentence.

There are Black cartridges and Photo (black) that are not interchangable. Some further information that may help identifying the correct cartridge is shown here. Your B209a does not use a Photo cartridge, you need Black.
If you Contact HP they may exchange the Photo cartridges with Black.

I upgraded my Airport to 5.6.1 and it stopped printing from my HPPhotosmart c6180 all in one printer. I have a Macbook with version 10.6.8
I also have a Xfinitiy internet connection. Help

Figured out that as long as a scan is unreadable & RAW, it can never be used or open. Boo.

Hi, believe it or not, this worked.., unplug unit for 30 sec.
press and hold # key plus 3 key (keep holding)
plug in unit again
keep holding # and 3 buttons until screen says reset has occurred
release buttons, try copying or scanning
if you're lucky, you'll now have a functioning unit

Boy, does this story sound familiar. After some research and considering the fact that good quality photos are important, we purchased the HP 3310 a little over 3 years ago. This certainly was not the cheapest all-in-one unit available. Thank God we purchased the extended warranty from Best Buy. Roughly 7 months after purchase, we could no longer copy, scan or fax -- same message you received. We returned the unit to Best Buy and they promptly replaced it with a new one. We were offered as a replacement any printer of our choice up to the purchase price of the 3310. Second mistake: we chose to replace the unit with another HP 3310. Guess what -- a few days after expiration of our extended warranty, we received the same message again and could no longer copy, scan or fax. As it was out of warranty by this time, we examined the unit carefully and found that the light carriage bar that scans was out of alignment and stuck there. We removed the 2 screws holding the scanner bed and were able to squeeze a hand far enough under the glass to re-align the scanner bar. It still would not work. We thought it was broken and turned it off. Much to our surprise, next time we turned it on, it worked...until, that is, we tried to use the reduce/enlarge function and it repeated the malfunction. We have since determined that the reduce/enlarge function creates the problem. As long as we do not use the reduce/enlarge function, the printer continues to copy, scan and fax. We are going to replace this printer, but there is an old saying..."Once a fool, shame on you; twice a fool, shame on me." The replacement will surely not be an HP product.

If you are unable to print, or if you see the message "No AirPrint Printers Found"
Verify that the printer:
Has power and is turned on. If it has power, turn the printer off and then on again to see if that resolves the issue.
Is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the iOS device.
Has the latest firmware version installed.
Has paper with enough ink or toner installed.
Is free of any errors displayed on the printer's control panel.

Need help with installing on Photosmart C7280 all-in-one

I did have my printer installed, and was using the printer for 3 laptops wireless within my home. Now I can not even find my Backup disk, so i need help with downloading the software to use my printer, and also get it back to being used wireless. I do not know what happened, but the fax for this printer is listed, just not the printer itself. please help!

Can you refill ink for a Photosmart C4280 all-in-one?

I saw another thread about this, but couldn't reply, so I'm starting my own.
A friend told me I should get refills since it's cheaper than always buying the #'s 74/75, I believe it is, but I don't know if it's possible for my printer.

Hi jamieleesummers. Printables are content that you can access from the front of your printer's display screen. One example; my daughters have the Disney app installed and they can go to the front of my printer and pick a coloring page, or craft without using my computer.

How can i change country code for a 3310 all in one? we have moved from Japan to Germany

We have moved from Asia/Japan to Germany. I bought a set of new cartridges, which unfortunately are not accepted by the printer. Need help..... In the internet I found that I am not the only one to have this problem. As the printer is older than a year I either _ throw away.....or.....move back to Japan. Both are not alternative. Can someone help. Need guidance on how to change the country code of the printer

Printing problem on HP Photosmart C5280 All-in-One

Hi,
I'm trying to print a single page calendar but it's coming out with streaks in 3 places. I tried 3x and the streaks are always in the same place. I'm using Konica Inkjet Paper QP Premium Photo Glossy, which is supposed to be suitable for all modern inkjet printers. Is this an ink problem, a printer problem or a paper problem?

My guess would be a print settings issue. I would suggest setting the media type to Photo paper rather than automatic and set the quality to "Best".
If that does not help please provide more details - are the streaks at a consistent spacing? Where are they on the page? What color are the streaks?

Can't print to HP Office 4215 jet all-in-one

Bonjour sees the printer, but errors when it tries to add it to list of printers in print dialog box. When I try to add the printer manually in Print Setup Utility, I get error message "-9672".
I tried disabling IP distribution, as was suggested for other printing problems, but that didn't work and it knocked my itunes wireless out.
Express is working fine for internet connect and itunes.
