My Macbook air was stolen 6 moth ago and I need a Keynote presentation that was in it. I rebooted when I notice it was lost. I never found it. Is it possible to recover the info. ?

If your backup copy of your computer was not stolen, then use it to put everything back.
If it was stolen, then you can redownload some itunes purchases in some countries.

Do you have a backup of the device before you restored it? If you have a backup, try to restore the device from that backup.
If you don't, I doubt that there's anything anyone here can do for you. Seems as though your save game, (despite being an "online" game) was wiped out with the restore. I'd say the vast majority of online games still do keep your save data on the device and NOT in "the cloud".
In this case, a backup of the device would have helped you out...it's always wise to backup your device before proceeding with a restore, especially if you plan to restore the device as new.

You'd have to retrieve it from a backup, or reinstall apps which will put it back on the drive. OS X did not supply any version of Book Antiqua. Oddly, OS 9 did.
But otherwise, Book Antiqua will be installed by MS Office 2008 and 2011.

Can I recover Windows 8 as second OS in dual boot?

OK, here was the plan:
I plan to dual boot IdeaPad Z500 by adding Windows 7 on top of Pre-Installed Win8.
But seems like it's impossible to do so since I can't get the Win 7 Installer to start on UEFI mode, and I can't install Win 7 into GPT drive in Legacy Mode.
So now I'm looking into another option of changing the whole HD into MBR Partition to enable it to be booted with Legacy mode, which basically will wipe my Win8 out of existence. Then install Win7 using Legacy mode on it, and then make Win8 as the second OS after I partition the HD.
Now here's the question before I start: I've already made a USB recovery drive of Win8. If I install Win7 first, can I install Win8 using the recovery drive into the partition of my choosing? Or will it just install itself on top of and deleting my Win7 installation?
If I can do that, can I recover Win8 into an MBR partition? Or is it just not possible?

Ah... That's too bad.
Just for clarification, the recovery thumb drive I meant was from thumb drive I created from Windows Recovery (Control Panel -> Action Center). Not from Lenovo OKR.
I understand that OKR most certainly can't recover as second OS. So you mean to say that Windows Recovery will also not be able to do so? Since you say it as Lenovo Recovery Media, I'm not sure whether it's the same as OKR or Windows Recovery.
Secondly, will installing Windows 7 revoke my warranty? If it doesn't: Is it possible for me to get information on my current license of Windows 8 (S/N) that my Z500 provided? Can I use that license to install Windows 8 back as second OS? Or do I have to purchase a new license of Windows 8 for that purpose?
I would really love to keep Windows 8 as main OS and Windows 7 as my second OS, but seems like since Z500 BIOS have no switch to enable CSM mode while still boot in UEFI, I can't install Windows 7 as second OS at all. Perhaps Z500 BIOS would need some upgrade to have that switch embedded in, seeing as several other Lenovo product have it. So the only other option I have is to switch it the other way around, Windows 7 as main OS and Windows 8 as second OS. So I wanted to know if I can use my current license of Win8 for that.

You didn't read my problem - I said I deleted a POP email account. I always read the messages that pop up and in Mail when you delete a POP account - IT DOESN'T TELL YOU NUTHIN! It just deletes it - which *** for me. Fortunately, I had an iPhone and on that device I had about a 1000 messages that I could recover but on all my POP accounts I download them from the server onto my Mac so they were only on Mail (the really old ones that I wanted to keep.) I had to move them into another directory one by one basically because when I would move 50 some of them would move and some wouldn't and I never did figure out that problem. Basically the ones that would not move are the ones that were associated with my domain changes with GoDaddy, and there were a lot of those. Have no idea as to why only those were resistant to moving but I can get all that data from GoDaddy anyway.
This thread is now moot seeing as how I've recovered everything I can and am going to just move on - and back up more often. ;-)
Apple and Mail need to rewrite that program to include a WARNING MESSAGE when deleting an Account in Mail that says ALL YOUR MESSAGES ARE GOING TO DISAPPEAR NEVER TO RETURN IF YOU DELETE THIS ACCOUNT, SO YOU DANG WELL BETTER HAVE A BACK UP IF YOU WANT TO KEEP ANYTHING BEFORE PRESSING THAT MINUS SYMBOL! ;-)

If you have iCloud it is possible that you could get the calendars back if the calendars are sent to the cloud and to your device. If you sync your calendars to your computer you could sync the calendars saved on your computer if you backed up recently.

To be clear, the wattage of the adapter is not the power delivered to the Mac, but rather the power the adapter is capable of delivering.
Think of it as the difference between a 200 HP and a 400 HP engine; both can drive at a certain speed with no issues, the difference is what happens if you floor the gas pedal.
The same is true between the higher wattage power adapter that comes with the iPad and the one that comes with iPhones; you can use the higher wattage adapter to charge and iPhone with no issue, but if you try and use the iPhone adapter to charge the iPad it may work, but it will take much, much longer.

Yes. I tried the refresh and checked the uninstall tab. Still nothing. Another thing though - when I entered my Blackberry ID, it would not let me use my screen name because it was supposedly already in use. But I knew that because it was in use by me. It would only let me use the same name with a numerical suffix. So I am wondering if it thinks I am still logged on from before the upgrade. Also, is it possible the Playbook thinks I am some other use and won't let me access my files - like photos and videos, etc.

Otherwise, authorize your computer for your itunes account, connect iphone, do not sync, Click: File>Transfer Purchases
This will transfer itunes purchases from the iphone to the computer.
Enter at least one unique contact and calendar entry on the new computer. When you first sync, then you should get the option to merge the data.

I wish I could have told my sister about this as she could not open my homepage back before my new iWeb site. She now can open my site without the yet in case denial window does appear = I thank you.
I think my iWeb site works as Noone has said otherwise from any platform etc...

I do agree that should not have to be a consideration for any users so i agree that it would be great if Apple could allow simplicity to run seemlessly.
I have had this problem since Homepage, and here is
what has worked for me. I send out the link, and
then for PC users I send the link with "<" after the address (without quotation
marks. e.g., <http://site.com>).
I also put a note that if that doesn't work, to just
copy and paste the link into a browser. With that I
have only had 1 person say they still can't open.
Everyone else gets it to work.
It's a lot to do and seems like a hassle, but you get
used to it.

If you can wait until Autumn, then iTunes in the Cloud is coming to the UK (at the moment it's US only) and you'll be able to download all your music again. You can already redownload your apps and books, if you have iTunes 10.3 and iOS 4.3.3.

If the folder was replaced, it was written over.
Nothing short of forensic data recovery (probably involving taking the drive apart to scan the discs seperately) is going to recover anything (if indeed even that will).
