I have quite a lot of music on my phone that I've ripped from cds that I have. How can I get these to sync into my itunes library on my pc? I want to upgrade to the new os but will lose a lot of my music if i do.

If after researching the info in the other comments you still find that there is music that you would loose on the iPhone, there are 3rd party apps that can manage iPhone content without erasing the iPhone. Just search for a Windows alternative to iTunes.

When my app's are in iTunes under my user on the pc if I go to her user on the pc will the app's just be there or will I have to do something to get them in her iTunes? With music when in her user I just drag them from the music folder under my name into the iTunes that is open under her user and they are load. Is it the same for the app's or not? Thanks, Robert

I bought an iTunes gift card to purchase certain things in my favorite app. Well when I try to buy things inside the game it does not give me the option to approve the purchase and it never shows up. I have reset the app, I have deleted the app and downloaded again, I have turned my ipod off and on, I have made sure all updates are up to date and nothing has changed. If you bought/paid for them in the Mac App Store, you would just need to sign in to the MAS with the Apple ID you used to purchase them, go to purchases, and click install.
As for the limited licensing that Bordy brought up, the TOS for the MAS states:
"Apps from the Mac App Store may be used on any Macs that you own or control for your personal use."
If you installed them from an iWork disc, just pop the disc back in and reinstall.

Music is designed to sync in one way only, and that is from iTunes to the phone. There is the expectation that you would backup the computer to save this data. There are 3rd party solutions to try and recover music from the phone to put back into a blank iTunes library.
