I've had my Acer Aspire M5-481PTG laptop for about 3 years now so the battery life is kinda short. It only lasts about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. It used to last like 6-7 hours when fully charged. Where can I find a replacement for my battery?

Hi there! So I started by visiting this website http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers and went throught the documentation of the laptop to pinpoint the battery product model number. Aspire M3 and M5 series use the same kind of battery. From my understanding, the battery model number AP12A3i is best suited for your laptop. Yes, you can replace the battery.
You want to check the battery first -- and make sure the issue is not a faulty or weak charger / AC adapter.
The following will help with both concerns:
Testing and Calibrating the Battery (Windows 7)
Testing and Using the AC Power Adapter
Be sure, when and if you do buy a batter and / or a new AC adapter that you buy for quality and not for price.
Be very careful of cheap knock-off brands sold online: just because the name of the website has the word 'hp' in it, the product they are selling you might be a cheap, poorly made, apt to blow up, piece of junk.
If you want to be sure the product you buy is made for your computer, buy the HP product for your computer.

You can replace the battery with the same one or another one that is compatible with your notebook.
I would recommend contacting your local authorized service provider. The technicians recommend a battery to you.
Alternative you search on the Toshiba page for compatible batteries. Just few clicks you have to make! ;)

I wan just wondering if I can replace my Ipad's battery, possibly with a stronger battery. I am going on a trip to burma. I will be flying from dallas to LA, LA to Tokyo, Tokyo to Singapore, Singapore to Burma. The battery is not officially user replaceable, and no stronger internal battery would be possible in any case (Apple packs in as much battery capacity as is technically possible). There are external battery packs available; do a web search for "ipad external battery" and you'll find them.

Probably not. Most airlines prohibit use of any cell technology while in flight, and even if it were allowed, during most flights you'll be well out of range of any cell transmitter, so only if the flight provided such a service would it be possible. Some airlines offer WiFi service on flights, though; check with your airline.
