My Name is Neeraj and I am a Multimedia professional. I am planning to to macbook air Apple MD760HN/A.
its a MacBook Air (4th Gen Ci5/ 4GB/ 128GB Flash/ Mac OS X Mountain Lion)
1.3 GHz with Turbo Boost Technology Upto 2.6 GHz
I would like to know that can i Run all my multimedia softwares on this machine? like photoshop cs6, 3d max2013, illustrator, flash.
I got few feedbacks that I should buy macbook pro. but My budget is only comes for macbook air MD760HN/A. so i can not buy macbook pro.
I need your help to know about these sotwares which can i run smoothly on this machine?
Please help as early as possible I am planning to buy it in 1-2 days.

If you are purchasing a new MBA it would be worth paying the extra $100 for 8 GB of RAM. If you are purchasing a used MBA then 4 GB of RAM meets or surpasses the minimum memory requirements listed above but should you start composing or editing more complex objects/scenes you would notice a difference.

Which OS are you using? Because there have been some issue with Win7 and PSE4. Try upgrading to PSE8.You can try the trial version of PSE8.

Are you talking about adobe creative cloud?
If you are, the Adobe Creative Cloud give you most of Adobe's tools (and all that most would need) to do anything. I will warn you about this though, is that it is a subscription, and you are basically renting it. that means you really do not own it.
About the hard disk space, all Adobe apps seem to take up at least a GB (and this does not matter if you get the master collection or the Creative Cloud). so ether way, it will take some space.
Also, if you want to try-before-you-buy, you can go to creative.adobe.com, and get a free account and try out all of he adobe apps available for creative cloud. The best part of it, your apps will be updated to CS7 (if or when it comes out) instead of buying the apps again in your subscriptions. if you need even more information, you can go to adobe's site to find out more (www.adobe.com)

I would drop my old Dell laptop in a heartbeat, but I use it to run a Windows XP Access Database (2000), which I will continue to need. I bought my Dell laptop used, because it came with the Windows Access Database program installed, and I have neither the Windows XP OS disk nor the Access Software disk.
I am looking into running virtual Windows on the Macbook Air, but I am unsure how to move the Access Database and Windows OS without the original disks. I assume the easiest way is to somehow clone the Windows XP OS and Access Database Program onto a USB drive, plug it into the MBA, and run it using Virtualbox, or VMWare/Parallel.
Any help from someone who has already figured out how to accomplish this?

The newest version of CS2 is CS5. And it was made very clear that these applications would not run in Lion. Not only by Apple, but on all sorts of communities and websites. It has been a long time coming - PowerPC apps were outdated six years ago. Lion does not support Rosetta, and therefore not PPC apps.
you have to options. Go back to Snow Leopard or upgrade your software. (MS Office 2004 and older will not run either).

Adobe Photoshop LE is too old. I do not think it will work in compatability mode. It was made circa 1998 before XP. It is time to pony up for new software. Adobe Photoshop Elements is inexpensive and provides a world of capabilities undreamt in 1998.

Thank you Bturko in the future only migrate/copy/transfer your documents and settings. Adobe applications especially are not designed to be transferred from one computer to another. It is possible to recover however. I would recommend the following steps:
Run the uninstaller located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers
Run the CC Cleaner Tool to ensure complete removal - Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.
If you need to download a fresh copy of the installation files they can be downloaded at Download CS3 products.
Run the installer and reinstall Creative Suite 3.

I like Macbook Air 11.6 because is light and small, but I was looking comments to use this small notebook to design is not for bigest proyect. what about after effects simples proyects 30 seconds. I would like use this one outside and to keep the MacBook Pro home, much people say MacBook Air is for simples task I dont believe.

It's not an activation limit. With Photoshop CS6 and earlier perpetual licenses you simply can only run your license on one OR the other architecture - not both.
You'll need to get a crossgrade, after which you won't be able to run it on PC any more.
This is a limitation they somehow lifted with the Photoshop CC subscription model. With Photoshop CS6/CC running under the subscription plan you CAN run on both architectures.
