Can I save an iTunes playlist and put it on another computer?

I have an old windows PC with a GREAT playlist of 300 songs. I would really like that whole list on my Macbook, but I don't want to have to sit here like an idiot and drag and drop 300 files into a new playlist. How can I transfer my windows playlist to my macbook?
p.s. i have these same music files on my macbook as i do on my PC. that should help - right?

I'm not certain this will work, but it won't hurt to try.
Select the playlist and choose File > Export as .xml file. (I think xml files are PC compatible???) Save that xml file on a thumb drive. Insert thumb drive into Mac and go to iTunes. Import the xml file.
See if that will do it. And this only work because you do have the same songs in both libraries. The xml file only contains the data on what songs are in the playlist, not the actual songs themselves.

This is not a massively difficult process and there are several ways to do this.
In fact you can keep iTunes on more than one computer (up to a max of five computers) and sync them via iCloud/iTunes Match providing you pay the annual subscription fee.
Also you can transfer files between computers by enabling Home Sharing on both PC's and drag and drop files via your iTunes side panel or alternatively you can copy the iTunes folders/library from one PC to the Other over a network and import the files manually via "FILE... add folder or add files"...
Easiest way I think is to ensure that both librarys are on the same drive (ie C Drive) and in the same folder (ie C:\Music) .. you can however use one PC's only to sync your iphone/ipad/ipod to ... otherwise you have to delete and resync and backup/restore your devices each time you switch between the PC's.

A Playlist in your iTunes Library should put all the songs in it onto your iPod when you Sync the iPod. Where is this Playlist, in your iTunes Library, or is it something you have imported from somewhere else?

Open your other library, go to File>Add to library and navigate to the folder containing the files you want to add. Once they are in your new library delete them from the other library making sure that when you get the prompt to move them to trash say no. It sounds like you would like to transfer your mail and mailboxes from one computer to another. I recommend exporting the mailboxes from one Mac and then importing them to the destination Mac. You can find steps in the following articles:

Go to the App Store and check out the Purchases List. If iPhoto is there then it will be v9.6.1
If it is there, then drag your existing iPhoto app (not the library, just the app) to the trash
Install the App from the App Store.
Sometimes iPhoto is not visible on the Purchases List. it may be hidden. See this article for details on how to unhide it.

The easiest and most efficient way to copy your music is to follow the steps under the External drive section. Make sure that you have organized the iTunes library first before you copy it over. Then put the copied iTunes folder in the same Music folder on your computer.

I can't get my itunes playlists to sync now that I had to get new computer. My library is still there and the playlists show and I can even add to my playlists. But as soon as it goes to sync it says it can't find all the songs that used to be there.

I can even download new songs from the itunes store to those playlists but when it syncs only the new songs go on the ipod. It says it can't find any of my "old" songs and puts an exclamation mark beside them. I am clueless when it comes to these things. Advice please! We have three ipods on this account trying to figure it out.

You can only sync to one computer.
You would have to transfer purchases, but the apple ID would need to be the same.
Or find a 3rd party app to transfer content.
