can't send email from outlook thru yahoo without upgrade thru yahoo. can i send email from here using outlook thru here or thru my yahoo acct.?

Hi, if you have created an ePrintCenter account and added your printer to that account you can check its ePrint job history. At least that will give you more visibility to the status of any jobs you send to your printer via the ePrint service. Receiving the "no reply" confirmation message only indicates that the email you sent was received by the ePrint service and is being prepared for printing.
Here's a link with more information you might find useful ePrint Service Help

  • IPhone 5 no longer receive emails, but can still send emails with yahoo email account. Any ideas to fix?

    iPhone 5 with iOS 8.1.2 stopped receiving mail yesterday. Have yahoo email account. Can still send emails. Have turned device off/on. Have done the dual off/on thing using top button and menu button.   Issue seems to be only with main inbox, as sub folders are receiving mail. Other Apple device is not having issues like this, just on iPhone.

    Your issue is with the Yahoo email account which is notoriously bad.
    you can try deleting and reinstalling the email account.
    If that doesn't fix it try the yahoo email app.

  • Can't send email using yahoo through apple devices, any ideas?

    I cannot send an email using yahoo through any of my Apple devices, although email sent get through. It states "connection to the outgoing server ' apple.smpt.mail.yahoo.com' failed.
    Does anyone know how to restore?

    I am sorry that I cannot help you but I am having a similar problem. I can rec/send email but my email is duplicated and a pop up says that my server is not responding. I have spent most of the afternoon trying to get it corrected. I finally decided to take it to my Apple store next week.
    Good luck to us!

  • I can't send email to one specific person from my iMac. no error message or bounce back. it works on my iphone and thru webmail.

    Hi, there! I have an email for my business with a domain, hosted on host gator. When I send a message to my business partner, everything appears to go thru normally, but she never receives it. email functions normally thru webmail on host gator, or from my iphone. i discovered this because all of my business partner's email gets forwarded to me. So I usually get copied on my own messages. Suddenly it stopped. I have looked thru mail settings (rules, junk) on my imac and hers. I have looked thru blacklists on host gator. I am stumped. Any ideas? Thanks so much.

    okay, here it is...

  • Why can I send emails in my gmail account from my mac?

    Please help me i need to to figure this out right away!!
    I have my gmail account registered on my laptop and im trying to send emails through it, but it keeps saying that gmail is offline, how do i fix that?

    GMail isn't offline because I've been sending and recieving email messages all night. It's possible that your settings aren't correct or that Mail is simply screwing up (which is why I don't use it - much to prone to screwing up).
    Can you neither send nor recieve messages? Or one but not the other?

  • Sending emails with attachments through outlook 2003

    Hello,
    I have recently switch from cablevison to Fios. With Cablevison, I never had a problem with email. However, now I am having problems sending emails with attachments using outlook 2003. I have called Verizon and we troubleshooted the problem and they feel this is a Microsoft problem.
    I can send email's without attachments through outlook and verizon.net, but I can't send emails with attachments through outlook, I can send them though verizon.net.  All my settings are correct for sending and receiving email.
    I called Microsoft and they say it a Verizon problem...
    HELP, does anyone have a solution?????
    Thanks
    Len628

    Which antivirus software do you run on your computer? Are there any errors posting?  Have you shut off any email firewalls temporarily to attempt to isolate your issue?  Do you have outlook 2003 on more than 1 pc in your home?  Have your tried to attach a small text file and send it to see if that goes thru successfully?

  • Authentication faild when sending email to yahoo mail

    I can not send email to yahoo mail address. The error message is:
    javax.mail.MessagingException: 530 authentication required - for help go to http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/pop/pop-11.html
    I tried different ways to do the authentication:
    1. Create a passwordAuthenticator (extends Authenticator) and set my yahoo userName and yahoo password there.
    then use this authenticator to get session:
    Session session = Session.getDefaultInstance(props, auth);
    I also tried both props.put("mail.smtp.auth",new Boolean(true));
    and props.put("mail.smtp.auth",new Boolean(false));
    2. using
    session.setPasswordAuthentication(new URLName("smtp.mail.yahoo.com"), new
    PasswordAuthentication(myYahooUserId, myYahooPasswoed);
    3. using Transport instance:
    Transport transport = session.getTransport("smtp");
    transport.connect(host, myYahooUserName, myYahooPasswoed);
    msg.saveChanges();
    transport.send(msg);
    transport.close();
    None of the above approaches are working.
    Can any one hlep?
    Thanks

    I am looking at the last line in step 1 in the code,
    and am wondering why the auth is set to false? I am
    new to this area, so just curious, not trying to
    provide an answer :-)I just tried with Rogers SMTP server, it is OK .. here is my code
    Properties props = System.getProperties();
                   //Authenticator auth = new
                   // -- Attaching to default Session, or we could start a new one --
                   props.setProperty("mail.transport.protocol", "smtp");
                   props.setProperty("mail.host", smtpServer);
                   props.setProperty("mail.user", acctName);
                   props.setProperty("mail.password", password);
                   props.setProperty("mail.smtp.auth","true");
                   Session mailSession = Session.getDefaultInstance(props, null);
                   Transport transport = mailSession.getTransport();
                   MimeMessage message = new MimeMessage(mailSession);
                   message.setContent(subject, "text/plain");
                   message.addRecipient(Message.RecipientType.TO,
                        new InternetAddress(to));
                   Address replyList[] = { new InternetAddress(from) };
                   message.setReplyTo(replyList);
                   message.setFrom(new InternetAddress(from));
                   //transport.connect();
                   transport.connect(smtpServer, acctName, password);
                   transport.sendMessage(message,
                        message.getRecipients(Message.RecipientType.TO));
                   transport.close();

  • Thunderbird can't send email to addresses in Address Book because of formatting error

    My Thunderbird can't send email to an address picked from the Address Book. It gives the following error:
    "An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.1.1 <"name@telconame"@telco.com> Unknown recipient. Please check the message recipient "name@telconame"@telco.com and try again."
    You can see that Thunderbird has garbled the name/address pair: "name@telconame"@telco.com" so that it's unworkable.
    If I type the email address by hand, it sends the email OK. But it can't retrieve an address from the Address Book without garbling the name/address pair. Win 7, TBird Version 32.0; it's the same in SafeMode.
    Any ideas?

    Make two Address Book entries for him; one for each of his e-mail addresses. Make a new Address Book group and put both of his entries in it. When you send him an e-mail just type in the name of the group in the To: field.

  • Can't send email from Outlook with parentheses in address

    I can't send email from Outlook 2007 through my WRT400N when Outlook displays the address with parentheses as in this example: Firstname Lastname ([email protected])
    I can send if the address is in this form: Firstname Lastname <[email protected]>
    I have tested with the ISP and nothing gets through the router when the problem occurs. When I bypass the router, both forms of address will send correctly. This problem is perfectly reproducible. My router is brand new, but the problem did not show up for about a week after installation. OS is Win7. Any ideas? Thanks.

  • How can I send email from my yahoo alias account in iPhone5 mail?

    How can I send email from my yahoo alias account in iPhone5 mail?
    I have 2 email accounts: [email protected] is an alias of [email protected]
    In my old iPhone3 I had these accounts set up so that I could send and receive email from both accounts. I did this using the following settings:
    ‘Other’ POP account info:
    Name: xyz
    Address: [email protected]
    Description: alias
    Incoming mail server:
    Host name: pop.mail.yahoo.com
    User name: [email protected]
    Password: password for yahoo account
    Server port: 995
    Outgoing mail server:
    SMTP: smtp.o2.co.uk (o2 is the name of my phone network)
    Server port: 25
    ‘Yahoo!’ account info:
    Name: xyz
    Address: [email protected]
    Password: password for yahoo account
    Description: Yahoo!
    Outgoing mail server:
    Primary server: Yahoo! SMTP server
    Server port: 465
    I’ve tried using the same settings in my new iPhone5, but it doesn’t work. I can receive mail to both accounts, and can send from the Yahoo account, but I cannot send mail from the alias account. When I try, it displays the message: “Cannot send mail. A copy has been placed in your Outbox. The recipient ‘[email protected]’ was rejected by the server”.
    I’ve tried to configure the POP alias account using combinations of ‘pop.mail.yahoo.com’, ‘pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk’, ‘apple.pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk’ and ‘apple.pop.mail.yahoo.com’, for the incoming host, and ‘smtp.o2.co.uk’, ‘smtp.mail.yahoo.com’, ‘smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk’, ‘apple.smtp.mail.yahoo.com’ and ‘apple.smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk’ for the outgoing mail server. None of these have worked.
    I’ve also tried setting it up using IMAP instead of POP without success. I tried configuring it using combinations of ‘imap.mail.yahoo.com’, ‘apple.imap.mail.yahoo.com’, ‘imap.mail.yahoo.co.uk’ and ‘apple.imap.mail.yahoo.co.uk’ for the incoming mail server and ‘smtp.o2.co.uk’, ‘smtp.mail.yahoo.com’, ‘smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk’, ‘apple.smtp.mail.yahoo.com’ and ‘apple.smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk’ for the outgoing mail server.
    Yahoo say that if I can't send Yahoo! Mail from my mail program, I may be accessing the Internet through an ISP that is blocking the SMTP port, and that if this is the case, I should try setting the SMTP port number to 587 when sending email via Yahoo!'s SMTP server. I don't think that this is the problem, but I tried it just to make sure - without success.
    I’ve also heard that the problem might have something to do with the SPF settings of my alias domain provider. I’m not too sure exactly what SPF settings are, or how to change them, but from what I can gather it seems unlikely that this is the problem given that I was able to send mail from my alias account on my old iPhone3.
    Any help much appreciated: how can I get my alias account to send emails in iPhone5 mail?
    Many thanks,
    Patrick

    A new development: I've tried sending emails from the alias several times over the past 24 hours, but in general I've deleted them if they haven't sent within about half an hour.
    However, one of the messages I left sitting in the outbox did send successfully in the end, but this took about an hour.
    So: perhaps my problem is not in fact that I am completely unable to send mail from my alias, but that I can only do so intermittently and extremely slowly, and by ignoring the "cannot send" message.
    Any help appreciated.

  • I can no longer send emails from my mac yahoo business account, but can send them directly from yahoo. just not from mac mail. I've been able to send emails perfectly fine until today. Help!

    I can no longer send emails from my mac yahoo business account, but can send them directly from yahoo. just not from mac mail. I've been able to send emails perfectly fine until today. I've been on the phone with yahoo mail and they've verified that my account settings are correct and I can send email from yahoo. I can receive emails via Mac mail, but just can't send them. An error message appears that says:
    "Sending the message content to the server failed." I can't send emails from my Mac desktop, iphone or ipad. Any suggestions! Help! I'm a Mac rookie and so frustrated! Thanks.

    Please read and begin using Can receive email, but not send email. I had a similar issue with Comcast mail (could receive by not send) and found my answer in this letter. For me it took resetting the outgoing mail and telling the system to use a password when sending outgoing mail. If you need help with that please advise and I'll tell you where to look.

  • Can't send email from home

    I have a serious problem. My wife has a Mac Book Pro for work and she can send email at any location except from home. The error she is getting is
    Cannot send message using the server smtp.knology.net:(username)
    The server "smtp.knology.net" refuses to allow a connection on the default ports. Select a different outgoing mail server from the list below or click try later to leave the message in your outbox until it can be sent.
    I have BellSouth/AT&T DSL with a Westel Versalink 327W modem. The funny thing is our local library also has BellSouth DSL and she can send email from there. Like I said, the only place she can't send email is from our house.
    Thanks

    It is the BS/ATT system you are on. BS/ATT does not allow sending email to another domain from a Residential account. I had the same problem with my work email from home. All sent mail on port 25, I think it is, from a ATT Residential account must go through the ATT servers and or ATT/Yahoo.
    Have your wife check with the mail provider for an alternate sending port. My work mail servers used port 26 for POP and some other port for IMAP.
    EDIT:
    Right the Library has a Business Account. No restrictions on the Business ATT DSL.

  • Can't send email from internal server, same domain name as external.

    We have a domain "example.com", hosted externally, for email and a website.  We are thinking of hosting email 'inhouse' and have setup a dedicated subdomain on a 'fixed' IP, "mini.example.com" for AFP services mainly. mini.example.com provides DNS internally, its primary zone is also example.com. All access to the external web goes thru' a modem/router that the server is connected to. We have to set an A record for www access to our website.
    In our testing to migrate email, the internal setup works fine, until the switch over.  Now we can receive mail to the mini server, but can't send any out.
    We instructed our webhost provider to set the CNAME mail.example.com to point to mini.example.com and created a cPanel MX extry mail.example.com, 10 priority.  Previously, the external host had CNAME as mail.example.com to example.com and MX as example.com, 10 priority.
    Since the implementation of the CNAME change, we can't send emails out and they get stuck at the outbox waiting. Client Mail app, says to check for port and SSL and account settings.
    Any idea where we went wrong here and what we can do to get emails out? We could go to each computer and point-off the DNS to office IP, but we rather not.
    Thanks!

    Thank you Camelot and MrHoffman for your replies.
    I got in this am to find Mail.app could actually send out emails and I'm stratching my head wondering what happened yesterday.
    SMTP server addresss was manually set to mail.example.com for all accounts. In trying to get things to work, the mail setup was redone again by "Accounts", in Systems Preferences, when Login is clicked on, and mail was automatically given a SMTP as mini.example.com instead of mail.example.com.  I'm guessing that that could be where the initial 'inside' problems were, given that it had a 0 answer to the MX query. Or then again I wasn't patient enough.
    Just for completeness, and if there's something to learn from here, these are the dig results for example.com as seen from within the office network.
