Can I send photos to Facebook from my iPad? I haven't seen how to do that from the photo apps on the iPad.
There are now well over 400,000 3rd party apps available via the iTunes app store. All should work on the iPad but all are not optimized for the iPad - written for the iPhone and optimized for a smaller screen but will work on the iPad.
You can download apps from the iTunes app store with iTunes on your computer followed by installing the apps on your iPad via the iTunes sync process, or download/install the apps from the App Store app direct on your iPad.

Facebook, as a site, uses protocols that the iPad doesn't work with, but the facebook app - or a third party facebook app - will overcome that and you can share photos. I do it all the time.

The only way would be to draft the E-mail and then close the iPad. A draft would be created that would, I think, be sent the next time you turn the iPad on.
There is no "time delay" function.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

i can't send an e-mail from thunderbird, it was working well though , suddenly it says the following message:An error occurred while sending mail. It is peculiar, that Chrome, Safari, and Skype can access FB, but not the iPhoto uploader.
Do you see any error messages/ diagnostics in the Console Window, when you try to connect to Facebook?
Launch a Console window from Applications > Utilities and clear the Console Window. Then try to upload. Are there any new messages?
And also launch a Terminal and have a look, if "facebook.com" is properly resolved:

Because you are choosing an Contact ID (iPhone Number or Apple ID) that is either not registered or currently unavailable.
A iPhone away from WiFi connection may also be out of range of it's Cell/mobile Service. (Or Switched Off or in Airplane Mode).
An iPad may not be on a Wifi Network at present. (or run out of Power)
You may know a Buddy's email and it may also be an Apple ID but that does not mens that they have "registered" it for iMessages.

If you want to copy an attachment from an email then you can't do that directly from the Mail app. If the email is still on your provider's server then you should be able to read the email on your provider's site via a browser on your computer and save it from there directly on your computer. Otherwise you will need to copy the file from the Mail app to another app on your iPad via the 'open in' function. Do you have an app on your iPad that supports the type of file that you want to copy ? How you then copy the file to your computer will depend upon what the app that you copy it to supports - different apps have different ways of copying their content to/from a computer e.g. via the file sharing section at the bottom of the device's apps tab when connected to iTunes, via your wifi network, dropbox etc -

I can't send or receive emails. I tried to turn it off and on. I also tried to open all the servers and nothing worked. Please help. This is the older Ipad and I don't want to purchase anything if I don't have to.
I don't fully understand what the System Reset does but I've found that it cures many ills. It's easy, quick and harmless:
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears.
A System Reset does not remove any apps, music, movies, etc. nor does it cause any settings to revert back to default.
Also, you might wish to download the iPad-2 User Guide. Pay special attention to page 162. Note that this Guide also applies to the iPad-1 with IOS 4.3 except for those functions that are not supported by the hardware.

I have followed all the directions to download pictures from my iCloud to my PC, watched 2 videos, and started and restarted both devices and I can't get it to work. I am at my wits end- someone please help!
Problem closed (although not resolved). After working with Apple support, no resolution was found. I asked for a refund of the iTunes match purchase price, which was granted. Interestingly the support tech, who was very nice if not particularly helpful from a technical point of view, spun the "resolution" of refunding my iTunes match purchase price as a positive one, here is a quote from the final email
"I'm glad to hear that you're not having issues with the songs you've purchased. Nothing makes Apple happier than to hear that our customers concerns have been rectified."
It is notable that I never had an issue downloading music directly purchased thru the iTunes store, the only issue that existed was downloading songs that I ripped from my CD collection and "matched".
I'm happy that I received my money back, however I wish that the iTunes Match service worked for me (I was looking forward to this service). I'm most upset at the time I wasted trying to fix this problem.
I'll now download music the old fashioned way: syncing with iTunes directly. -

This app can be used to back up, share, or extract information from your contacts. You can select which contacts to use by creating a group and you can choose which fields to include. So, for example, if you were creating a phone list to distribute to your bowling group, you could just include names and phone numbers and not include address or other information that people may not want shared. Mirroring won't fill the TV screen. The iPad has an aspect ratio of 4:3 and the iPhone 4S or prior an aspect ratio of 3:2, neither of these will fit exactly into a TV screen which as an aspect ratio of 16:9. The Apple TV will not zoom the mirrored image, because it may well cut off information which is situated at the top or bottom of the screen.
You may wish to try each of the settings in settings > AirPlay > Adjust for Overscan for the best setting that suits you.
