If I understand correctly you are wanting to download your iTunes purchases that you have on one of your iPhones to your other iPhone. You can get them downloaded with the following article once you are signed into the same account on both devices which it will walk you through:

Happy New Year! The link below explains how you can tell which purchased content is available to share using Family Sharing. Contact Amazon for more specifics regarding sharing their content. The Kindle app itself may be shareable, but the books may be considered an In-App purchase, making them not shareable. Amazon would be able to give you a definitive answer.

If you turned on Share My Purchases, you can share most content that's also available in iTunes in the Cloud. You can share Music, Movies, and TV shows from the iTunes Store. You can also share Books that you downloaded from the iBooks Store, and apps from the App Store. The availability of each content type depends on your country.

Songs added to iTunes Match from outside the iTunes Store

Go to the app's description page. Scroll down to the Information section. If you can share it, you'll see Yes next to Family Sharing.

Perhaps you should read these Apple documents about what is stored by iCloud. The following is from this Apple document: iCloud: iCloud storage and backup overview:
Your iCloud account includes 5 GB of free storage for iCloud Mail, Documents in the Cloud, and your iOS device backups. Your purchased music, apps, books, and TV shows, as well as your photo stream, don’t count against the 5 GB of free storage ........
Here’s what iCloud backs up:
Purchased music, movies, TV shows, apps, and booksPurchased music isn’t backed up in all countries. Purchased movies and TV shows are backed up only in the U.S. Previous purchases may be unavailable if they have been refunded or are no longer in the iTunes Store, App Store, or iBookstore. Some previously purchased movies may not be available in iTunes in the Cloud. A movie’s product details page in the iTunes Store shows if the movie is unavailable.

I can't delete my audio books from my music in my ipod. have deleted them fromi tunes library. they are grey out in my ipod music folder and can do nothing with them. can't accerss options under summary of my ipod either to operate manually. thanks den

(have not had this problem for the 18mths I have had ipod) they are delEeted in itunes library but not in my ipod. they show up in my music in i tunes but are greyed out and I can't do anythbng with them. also can not acess options in my summary of my i pod to operate manuanly. nothing comes up in options.

It depends on the size and number of photos you are sharing around.
Nothing wrong with putting a copy of the photos on the TC if that works for you. Each person can access the photo just fine like that.
I am not saying don't.. just beware of the risks so do it prudently..
But if the library is too large, you will steal space on the TC that should be used for backups.. if all the computers in the network are backing up to it, don't use too much of the spare space.
Better to buy a firewire drive (or USB but firewire 800 are much faster) and connect it to a computer that is regularly turned on. Share that drive to the network. It will then also be backed up correctly to the TC although again be careful of the amount of files, and still keep a straight copy backup somewhere else.
I am recent convert so workflow on the Mac is not my forte.. so perhaps some of the wiser heads can also drop in and post a reply.

If it's an ibook then you can't - they can currently only be read in the iBooks app on an iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch (there isn't even a Mac or PC reader for them).

You can share they space if they all use the same Apple ID, but that's not really a good idea, because you'll then share contacts, calendars, photos etc etc.

You can't, currently only the iPhone has the personal hotspot function, it hasn't been enabled on the iPad - whether it will be possible in the future I don't know

I'd like for us all to have separate iTunes accounts so we can each use iCloud without getting each other's notifications, but would like to have one central repository for mucsic and apps. I'm afraid if I set up iTunes accoutn for the tow of them, I'll have to re-purchase the music and apps (way too many!)

What do you want to share with the family member? If each of you have their own iCloud accounts you can create private Photos Streams that only they can view. If it's a calandar then you can create a shared calendar between the two of you.
However, as randers4 has warned, if you give them your iCloud ID and password they can get your email, contacts and everything else shareable with iCloud.

Audiobooks are not currently available for repeat download from iTunes in the Cloud. Your audiobook should have transferred to your iTunes library when you synced your device.
You will need to contact support through the "Report a problem" links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

Can't find my audio book -- Downloaded it from my public library to iTunes via Overdrive. It transferred to my old nano just fine but, even though it seemed to transfer to my new iPhone, I'm not able to locate it for playback.
