Can I start a new forum?

I would like to establish a new forum called RBAC/SOD/ACM. We would use this forum to discuss Enterprise Oracle Application Controls Solutions using Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SOD) and Applications Controls Monitoring (ACM). We will also use this forum to identify potential role candidates for RBAC.
You could include this forum in the E-Business Suite. The Application Controls Solutions are implemented using Oracle User Management and Oracle System Administration for RBAC, and Oracle Internal Controls Manager (OICM) for SOD and ACM.

While Wayne's answer solves your problem, another possibility is to uncheck the box at the bottom of the Table inspector for "Return key moves to next cell." If that is unchecked, the return key types a paragraph return within the cell (the same as Option Return with the box checked).
With that box unchecked, Shift Return types a soft return (new line without a paragraph break).

You have launched the render-only app. Check to launch the correct full app.

I have my new Apple ID, star itunes and to log for the firt time, becouse it´s firt time I need to agree with to terms of use and next need to give my credit card numbers which I do not want to do. But without this information will not let me go, what can I do?

The easiest way to get back missing items? Restore your whole hard drive with all your irreplaceable things like photos in about 20 minutes from the backup clone you make on a regular basis.
Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer is designed for you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is purchased content.

Can i start a new itunes library on a mac?

i understand that holding shift woks for windows but not mac. my specific problem is that i have 300 songs on the computer but 700 on the ipod. i just bought an album on the computer that i cant transfer to the ipod. if i can start a new library and sinc all 700 songs to it i can just move the album.

Yes, you can sync content to an iPod from a source other than the iTunes Store. iTunes won't import such content from the iPod.

Time Machine almost full, can I start a new drive and NOT delete old one?

Because I had an External HD crash, I was wondering if I can start a new External Hard Drive (500 GB) from scratch (meaning I don't copy old files to it) and keep the old one as a back up to the back up??? Also, I have NOT been backing up the applications and on the new drive, would like to do that. If I move the old stuff from the 300GB, won't the Applications take up most of the 500 GB??
Or is is simply better to copy everything over (I asssume it all remains on the old 300 GB hard drive) and simply let it start rewriting? My iMac is gettin on in years and I'd like to be prepared should something happen to it.
And as you can tell, I am not very techie so please feel free to talk down to me.
Has anyone migrated to a new External HD? I have directions from Apple, is it easy????

Again, I'm not sure what you mean. If you mean put the old TM drive "on the shelf" and start fresh on a new one, then yes. Eject and disconnect it, then format the new one (see Time Machine - Frequently Asked Question #5 if you're not sure how). Give it a different name, so you're sure which is which, then select it as the destination via the Time Machine Preferences window. TM will do a full backup to it, so may take a while.
The backups on the new drive will be completely separate from the old ones.
If you ever need to see or restore from the new ones, use the Browse Other Backup Disks option, per #17 in the above link.

Can't start a new project in PSE8?

I recently installed PSE8 and was able to start a new project wothout any problems. Today I attempted to start a new project from the welcome screen and got nothing. It acted like it was thinking for a bit but then resorted back to the original welcome screen. Am I missing something here?

Can't start any new downloaded Adobe app

I just downloaded the new creative cloud which takes place of Adobe application manager. I uninstalled Adobe Application Manager, but couldn't start my new downloaded apps. It said I need to download adobe application manager. But I looked up through the web, it seems Adobe has replaced Adobe Application Manager with Creative Cloud. I do have Creative Cloud and downloaded Indesign CC via it, but still couldn't start the new app and i was still required the Adobe Application Manager. What should I do then? I want to download Application Manager, but it has disappeared.

Remove AdobeAAMDetect.plugin from HD Library/Internet Plugins/.
Relaunch the browser.
Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
Sign in with your Adobe ID and password and download the Creative Cloud Desktop Application.
Widows 7 and 8 (64 bit)
Using explorer, navigate to \Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe and rename OOBE to OOBE_old.
Relaunch the browser.
Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
Sign in with your Adobe ID and password and download the Creative Cloud Desktop Application.
Windows 7 and 8 (32 bit)
Using explorer, navigate to \Program Files\Common Files\Adobe and rename OOBE to OOBE_old.
Relaunch the browser.
Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Sign in with your Adobe ID and password and download the CC Desktop App.

The Get-SPServiceInstance returns the services instance for a specific server or the entire farm. The service instance GUID is unique to every farm and cannot be changed.
For starting a fresh with the User Profile Service configuration, you can unprovision and re-provision the User Profile Service:

How can I start a new game on an App that is stored in iCloud?

I have a game stored in iCloud - that is my only option. I want to start it as a new game on a different device and I can't. I tried creating a new account and that didn't work. What do I need to do?

What do you mean by stored in iCloud?
Do you have to log into that game?

I can't open emails. Neither can I start a new email. It seems as though the keyboard doesn't access these functions, or maybe other functions such as cut and paste. Why?

All of my phone's data is in my own personal iCloud on my email, and I created an itunes account on the same email. I know I'll probably lose all of my songs, but can I salvage app progress and text messages? Or does home sharing allow me to not get all the music they have downloaded on my account? I'm really confused by all of this but I know I need to break off the account eventually.

iDevices are designed to sync to only one computer/library.
Attempts to sync to a different computer/library will replace the content that currently exists on the device with content from the new computer.
Bottom line, you WILL lose the content on the device.

Can't start a New Project. Clicked New/Create. Then when I enter new project name and click CREATE

I have the proplem using IE 10 on a Windows 8 OS. When I use Firefox 25.0.1 the issue didn't happen.
What I did notice is that in the IE 10 side, I have a new ID name. I didn't knowingly create this ID. The email associated with the new ID is the same as the ID that I use for the creative suite. The Firefox side used the old ID and had a bunch of template projects to start.
