Is it possible to still download Lightroom 4? I can now only find an LR5 download link.

1. Go to www.adobe.com and click on Downloads.
2. Click on Try on any of the product
3. Copy the link below for respective platform in a new tab on the same browser and hit enter:

It is not clear what application you mean when you say Adobe 9 Pro Extended, so it ois not certain if it is available for you to download. If you can diownload it, it will only be valid for a 30 day trial unless you already own it and have a serial number to activate the trial with.
You can search the following site and see if you can find the trial version to download... this site is the only likely place you might find the software available for download.
If you find it there, be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site or else the download will not work properly.

Do you have the purchased serial number? What computer operating system?
If you purchased from Adobe direct, you can get download installation files from "My Orders" at the Adobe web site under your Adobe ID and Password (http://www.adobe.com).
Alternatively, you can use the following Adobe document with links to the downloads....

If it's not available in your 'My Adobe' account you can still get it from http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-9-premiere-elements-9-direct-download-links.h tml. You must follow their 'Very Important Instructions' section exactly. Skip a step and you'll either get an authorization error or download the current version rather than the version you want.

How are you trying to redownload them e.g. you are using the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes :
If you are in a country where music can be redownloaded then that should let you redownload them from the store.

No, you only get one download for movies. Connect your iPhone to the computer you manage the phone with and use File > Transfer purchases from iPhone to store a copy on your computer. You can then safely remove the copy on the phone.
