i use bridge cs5
and i guess when i add stars , labels and words to a photo , bridge makes a file sidecar XMP
can i save directly these information in the file ?
camera raw files , jpg and other image files

You do not have a choice of where to put data. In raw file it all goes to XMP sidecar. In a jpeg believe ratings and keywords are on image, some editing data may be on XMP file.
If you convert images to DNG all the data is stored on the image.

You can use generate scripts wizard for this. It will by default give scripts in .sql format. You can then use a command line script to change all of them to .txt.
Another option is to have SSIS package and use File SYstem Task to rename it to .txt

This feature cannot be turned off. It is almost "Microsoft-ish" as far as I am concerned .... In the way that Word wants to turn every email address that you type in a document to blue. However, I change it in Word, but you can't turn it off on the iPad.
Thats just way the way the mail app and the notes app work with the iOS and it cannot be disabled.

iwork for ios accepts for upload and also happily opens all your Microsoft office files, from Office97 standard doc/xls/ppt to the 2011 versions of docx,xlsx,pptx and various other of these format extensions.
Notice : the upload feature in www.icloud.com is only active if you in fact own these apps on your iPhone/Pad/pod. it is not a feature of iWork for the Mac ( iwork09 ) which itself is not icloud capable at all.

You can convert your file to a .dng file and that will encapsulate the meta data into the file instead of it being in a separate side car file!

You can e-mail them to yourself and then access them via e-mail.

What I mean by "common metadata", is a unified, updated, most current metadata, which I could update in each program. That is without overwriting the metadata, but appending new keywords to the metadata I created in the previous program.
I use Bridge, then Lightroom and finally Photoshop. That's the regular workflow: Bridge for preliminary sorting and and adding some keywords; Lightroom for organizing and picking the best images; finally, Photoshop for processing. I got Photoshop Elements on trial. Doesn't work for my purposes.
I need to share and update the metadata / keywords when I go from one program into another. Can't retrieve metadata I set up in Bridge into Lightroom. Same happens with Photoshop, where I can't retrieve keywords I add in Lightroom. It's tedious to write up the keywords again.

Ability to add metadata or label folders

Maybe I'm missing something, but I can't understand why folders (Mac OS) can't be tagged with metadata. If I have 20 folders - some of which are client A and some are Client B - I'd like to be able to keyword those folders. At the least I should be able to add a label much like the Finder. As the sidecar.xml exists to store metadata for non-metadata-aware formats, can't it be used to hold the folder data?
(I've looked for something on this without luck, so if I'm repeating someone, my apologies.)

With RSC, I'd recommend performing these procedures from RH. I don't know if you get that same tight coupling with TFS, though.

If you want that without code, i suppose there is a option in MS-Access to import data from Excel, so you have to first export to excel and then import to Access.
If you want to code it yourself then have a look at FM TABLE_EXPORT_TO_MSACCESS, as said in Exporting Data from R/3 to MS ACCESS

When you generate SSMA Assessment Report, there are several files created and saved into Report folder under your SSMA project folder. It includes
source-metabase.mb, project-container.mappings, preferences.prefs, and so on.
. MD files are usually saved in plain text format including inline text symbols, defining how a text is formatted such as the indentations, its table formatting, fonts, and headers.
SSMA provides a project setting that allow you to customize how to set customized database migration. For example, to customize data migration SQL statement, you can modify project setting by navigating to Tools and choosing Project Settings,
then looking for the setting for
Extended Data Migration Options and change the value to
Show. You can select use custom select and modify the SQL statement.
