Can I sync my iPhone without charging

Hi
I use my calendar in Outlook and like to sync my iPhone without charging the battery. Is there anyway??

The only way would be to sync over-the-air, which would require an Exchange account or MobileMe service. If you connect to the USB port it will charge. But, why would you care if it's charging? The lithium-based battery in your phone is not harmed by frequent, short charges. You may be confusing the 'memory effect' found in older, nickel-based batteries.
