Can I sync my playlists on my PC with playlists on my mac mini

I have both PC and MAC but I use the PC to manage my iTunes music while the MAC mini runs the iTunes to my music system throughout the home. More like a dedicated music server.
Where the MAC Mini is located, its not convenient to sit there and manage music and playlists, etc so the PC is used for that.
The playlists that I created using the PC, how can I see them on the MAC Mini? How can I access them on the MAC mini?

I don't have my computer on to doublecheck this but in iTunes, under 'info' there's selections for syncing email, notes and contacts. So I'd looks there first.

I can't sync my playlists from iTunes to my phone!

I can't sync my playlists! I've tried dragging the playlist to my phone and it says it's syncing but it's not appeared on my phone. I click on the drop down menu from the phone and it says that all the playlists are there, but they're not actually there. When I clicked on the music tab when you click on the phone if I click selected playlists then not all the music is on there but only the music that's on the playlists. This is really frustrating! The Apple Support page is absolutely rubbish, I don't want to call apple or go into the store to ask such a simple question! I'm desperate!

I have this issue too! However it only appeared yesterday.
I am a dance teacher and use my phone for all my class playlists. Earlier in the week I uploaded a couple of my Christmas class playlists fine, however last night I was unable to upload my list at all and ended up having to drag my laptop out with me in order to work!
I have tried turning both phone and laptop off, I have since loaded the lastest version of Ios 8.1.2 which doesn't appear to have done anything. And now I have seen a whole heap of issues in a similar vein encountered by other people.
I appreciate that I am using an old phone (iPhone 4s) but I had not changed anything prior to this issue appearing last night. I did encounter it briefly some months ago... and vaguely remember sorting it by checking the names of all the music styles that I wanted to have appear on my iPhone, but that seems a very long-winded way of ensuring that my playlists are updated.
Any tips would be much appreciated.

Thank you for the question. If you are not able to manually sync music to your iPhone 4s, I recommend checking if you have the "Manually manage music and videos" option enabled in the Summary tab:

Additionally, I find it convenient to have the sidebar enabled when manually syncing. You can enable the sidebar by going to View > Show Sidebar.

i have managed to amend a playlist with two new tracks on the iMac and sync them to my iPod which is 4 years old. But when I wanted to add another track the iMac wouldnt have it!

Right, rented movies do not sync. They must exist on only one device.

Does anybody know how I can download my iTunes playlist onto my IPad mini so that I can play it without being connected to WiFi? At the moment if I am not in a WiFi zone I can't play my music...

Apple devices can hold protected content from up to five different accounts, however updating apps purchased over more than one account (as far as I'm aware) requires signing in and out of each account. You may be better off continuing to use one account for your family, as I do, but disabling the options on each device for the automatic download of purchases made on the account, and in iTunes, the automatic inclusion of new apps when syncing from the library to the device.

Ok.
Open System Preferences, Apple Logo icon in the menu bar and then System Preferences or the Sys Pref iocon in the Dock and go to the Internet Accounts area and look at your iCloud account. It should list what is and isn't synced by a checkmark next to each item.
Also in the Contacts app click on Contacts in the menu bar and select Preferences then accounts and make sure your iCloud account is listed. You can also do that from the Internet Accounts area in System Preferences.

i specifically wanted to sync my outlook calendar with my phone, not my outlook calendar with icloud calendar.
apparently you have to go into setup on phone and tell phone not to sync calendars with icloud so you can get choice to sync phone via itunes.

Only the Apple ID used to buy an app can update an app. Apple does not merge Apple IDs and Apple does not transfer content biught with one ID to another ID.

You'll want to copy the music from your iPod to your computer and into iTunes first. See this older post from another forum member Zevoneer covering some of the different methods and software available to assist you with this task. Once you have successfully copied all your content back to your PC and into iTunes, you can safely Erase and Sync your iPod.

I still can't sync music to my iphone 6 with ios 8.1. I have tried all the options suggested on various posts, and searched the internet, but since getting the iPhone 6, and updating to iois 8.1 today, I STILL cant get music from my macbook pro on to my phone, and its driving me mad.

I'm also having this problem.
In fact two things have stopped working with my iPhone recently.
1. iTunes no longer launches automatically when I plug in my iPhone to my iMac.
2. The iPhone Notes app has stopped syncing via USB lead between the iPhone and the iMac.
I have tried closing applications, and rebooting both the iPhone and iMac, but this makes no difference.
I'm running OS X 10.6.8 on my iMac.

No, that's not possible. A better way of working around this than emailing the documents to yourself is to use a third party storage solution such as Dropbox and a webDAV server to upload the documents.
