Your carrier/mobile provider *should* transfer you to BlackBerry level tech support if they can't help you.
Who is your carrier?
Also, where did you buy the device... brand new from a retail mobile provider, or used?
Also, getting assistance here is helpful if you would state the model device you have.
But for the problem at hand:  You must enter the correct password to unlock the device. That is set at Options > Security > General Settings (or Options > Security > Password, according to the model device and OS release, but you didn't tell us that).
So, after a normal ten attempts, the device WILL wipe itself of all personal data, contacts, calendar, preferences, etc. That's the way it works. You either know your password or you don't.
Have you NEVER had to provide a password to access the BlackBerry in the past?

    There is no live customer service for iTunes on the telephone. Either click the Report link on the emailed receipt that you have recieved on the purchases or use this link to start an email conversation with the iTunes support staff.

    You should also look in the Purchase History for your account in the iTunes app on a Mac or PC and see what you were charged for. If you have set up a subscription here is the link for managing those types of purchases.

    You can get the drop down list by either right-clicking on the back/forward buttons, or holding down the left button until the list appears.

    Although there is a telephone number, Apple really doesn't pulbicize it (but if you search the forums here there is somebody who posts it) and wants all interface to go through online contact.

    Easy way to fix this download problem.  Tech person nice but referrals to links WAY too complicated.  I just want to easily load program I paid for.
    My downloads are incomplete, in some cases only 30 seconds per episode.  completely shut down computer and programs to try to remedy.

    When I updated to version 10, it locked up my computer. Nothing works unless I uninstall Mozilla. I reinstalled Mozilla twice with same results. Internet explorer works fine!

    By locked up does the computer not move too or just firefox? Also live chat is unavailable at the moment and there is no phone support but all our contributors will be able to help you.

    I purchased a new iMac desktop a few days ago and have been spending countless hours figuring everything out.  I just tried to purchase an app on app store.  Entered apple id, password....all good.  Then it asked for answers to security questions from many, many years ago.  I can't remember exact answers.  I've tried "manage my account/apple id"  There is no option for resetting questions, rescue email, or two step verification.  I have failed security answers too many times and received message "can't access until waiting period is over - 8 hrs."  I am very frustrated. There must be a way to get a person to solve this problem NOW.  I purchased Apple Care.  Called number and recording said no one available until regular business hours. Can someone help me find a solution that happens tonight?  This is the kind of complicated, confusing, extremely frustrating stuff that makes me sorry for ever getting involved with apple in the first place.

    Sorry, but there is nothing that can be done at this moment. There is no one from Apple on here - this is a user to user technical support forum.
    There is no option to reset your security questions once you have forgotten them and your password, because that would defeat the purpose of them.
    There is no option to set up a Rescue email address after the fact because you have not established that you are the person attempting to access your account at this point. You have to set up the Rescue email address before you forget your password.
    Same with Two-step Verification. These all have to be set up before you have forgotten your password. Otherwise, what kind of security would you have for your account?
    You will have to contact Apple Support to get your Security Questions reset. They do this after they have verified that you, in fact, are the valid owner of this Apple ID:

    I would highly recommend that you do set up 2-Step verification once you have gained access to your account again. I have it set up on both my account and my husband's account, and it has saved an enormous amount of time and frustration....easy to use, no questions to remember....best way to go in my opinion.

  • My LR 5 is in a state of partial crash, many hundreds of photos I have recently processed having somehow been deleted. How can I talk with an actual live adobe expert person to find out if this is salvageable?

    Suddenly today, in the process of going through a large backlog of images from the last month of wildlife photography, using Develop, and deleting large numbers along the way, I noticed that hundreds of images from the last week of my work have at some pointat some point in the last hour or two today, while I have been working on them,  simply disappeared from from the Catalog's "All Photographs" and from the individual day by day photo folders in the Catalog. I also noticed when trying to figure this out that simply clicking the black flag bar after selecting an image as a prelude to clicking "Delete Rejected Photos" or even just clicking  only the white flag, causes the selected image to disappear from all photographs and from the image folder for that day!! My last LR  backup was a weeklyJune 16, but in the last week I have done several solid days of work processing these images. (Whatever happened does not appear to have deleted the raw images from my hard drive, all of which are backed up when I finished work last night.) Is there any way I can talk directly with an adobe live expert person to see if there is any way to salvage the processed images that appear to have disappeared from the LR system?

    You generally won't get staff here but you will get help from people with a vast knowledge of Lightroom inside and out.
    If what you says happens when you use the flag filter, is it reproduceable  and does Ctrl/Cmd-z undo the removal.
    Tell us your OS, Lightroom version and where the image files are stored.
    You can always try the Help Chat but I think you will be better off here.

    well the reason I wanted to talk to someone live because it would take forever to explain everything on here But anyway, here goes. I have an HP Pavilion Notebook with Intel Core i5-323om CPU @2.60 GHz and 8 gb ram 64bit. I am trying to run Lightroom 5.7 on my laptop and having major issues. I use an external hard drive for the storage of my photos. When I try to use Lightroom I run into many issues: Flickering of the screen, freezing up, slow, the loading circle just goes round and round lol. If I go to the washroom or leave the computer for even a minute it freezes up. I have to keep pressing Ctr/alt/delete to bring it back when it flickers. I have to constantly exit out of the program and restart it to be able to edit even just a couple of photos and then it starts acting up again.
    I have tried un-installing and re-installing, updating everything on my pc, changing compatibility settings, updating development settings, I even took the laptop into have it looked at and they did all kinds of updates etc...and still couldn't figure out why it wasn't working for me. I have gone through the lists of troubleshooting for LR problems and there just seem to be nothing that works.....I have made new catalogues, moved them, tried using the software on my pc without the EHD, etc etc.......I have tried EVERYTHING...I think.....so I was looking for some answers as to why this is happening....
