Can i tell Yaourt to just build packages?
I'd like yaourt to just build my packages, but not install them and i'd like this to happens without user interaction.
Is this possible?

What I do in my build automation script is essentially:
cd ~/builds && yaourt -G $packagename && cd $packagename && sudo $makechrootpkghelper
The problem with trying to automate things with makepkg or a makepkg wrapper, is that to install the needed dependencies, you need root permissions, but you shouldn't run makepkg as root, as the PKGBUILD may be malicious. The helperscripts in devtools build packages in clean chroots, so you don't need to worry about fecking up your install, just give your build user NOPASSWD sudo access for that command.
My script still has problems with pkgbase PKGBUILDs, though that's more due to my laziness than anything, yaourt has logic to get around it, so it must be possible.

How can I tell what the iTunes build is before I download?
I am having difficulty finding out what the iTunes build is for the current download from the Apple site. I am running iTunes 7.6 (29); I assume the "29" is the build for my installed version. I also assume that Software Update will ignore build changes unless the version changes.
I do not want to download and install the current iTunes build unless it is different from my currently installled app. How can you tell what the specific version and build are from the Apple download site?

And it would be in your email's Sent folder (not Adobe Send's). If you look at https://cloud.acrobat.com/sentfiles, does it show that the file has been Viewed? If the Views column shows a 0, then nobody has yet viewed it. If you're concerned, you can select the file by clicking the check box, then select Unshare. i have bought an iphone 5s few days ago and i noticed that vibration of my iphone is different from other iphones. my iphone's vibration is so loud and noisy it is kind of rattly noise whenever i recieve a call or a text message, So i checked one of my friend's iphone 5s and it vibrates just fine. can anyone tell me why is it so? is it a hardware problem or what?
Do you have the same vibrate settings as your friend?

Hi, can anyone tell me if I can have more than one iTunes account on the same PC. I've just bought my wife an iPad2 and want to create a separate account for her. Can I do that on the same PC as mine? Thanks.
I would advise that you not set up a second Apple ID. It's really not necessary - having two Apple IDs won't affect how iTunes works with your iPads - and will just complicate matters. Each iPad will be treated independently and can be set to sync only the items you want on that particular iPad. If you really want to keep the two iPads separate, set up different iTunes libraries and have only those items you want on the related iPad in that library, rather than a different Apple ID. If you plan not to use a computer and just download directly to the iPads, you can again choose what apps and content each iPad gets.
But answering your specific question, you can have content from up to five iTunes Store accounts on any one computer or iPad. To create a new iTunes Store account, you'll need a different email address, and from there you just create the account the same way you did the first one.

I have a Mac 10.6.8. Just installed Airport Express. I can't see any base stations. I did a hard reset on the Airport Express, turned off all devices, turned them back on. I see plenty of Airport networks in the neighborhood. How can I tell if I have a Mac problem or an Airport Express problem? Airport Express blinks Amber.
Obviously, I'm still using ethernet to be able to reply to this.
Alright, use the same ethernet cable to plug directly into the airport express. This will FORCE the airport utility to now see it regardless of weak signals & interference. You can set it up that way.
BTW, what is the original intent on the express? -
I just bought a new Ipod classic 160gb. I was able to load all of my songs onto it but I can't seem to get all of my playlists onto it. Can someone tell me how to fo it?

My iPod touch screen just turned a white-ish green color and I can't turn it on or off. I can't connect it to iTunes, and the back is too scratched up to see the serial number so I have no way of getting it. Can someone tell me how to fix it? Please tell me quickly! I was right in the middle of something!

Instead of getting a wireless card for the Mac Pro, you might want to consider getting an 802.11ac wireless bridge device that would enable you to connect more than one device to it by Ethernet cable and to eventually take advantage of the faster 802.11ac wireless standard.

Make sure if you have not done so yet to run software update to make sure you MBP is up to date, you can do this by clicking on the Apple logo at the top left on your menu bar, and clicking on Software update.
One other thing that will help you when posting here is to make syre your profile is up to date/correct. You have in your profile as of now your MBP model and year which is freat, but you have for your operating system, iOS(mobile devces) 7.02, which would be for and iPhone, iPad, iPod. Your MacBook Pro operates on OSX (which in your case should be 10.8.5, you can find this info under the Apple logo, About this Mac) having this info available to anyone reading a question post is very helpful for them offer advice/sugesstions that may apply to your particular OSX, as well as eliminating confusion.

This should really be unnecessary but anyway..
If you mean the internal IP of the TC, the it can be changed by changing the dhcp settings.. which is weird.
It looks a bit different in the v6 utility but is easy to do..
See the DHCP beginning address is split into sections.. change the front section from 10.0 to 192.168
Then update the TC.. then you will need to change everything on the network as the IP will need to change.. I recommend you simply turn everything off and then on again in correct order.. modem.. TC.. clients. 2min gap.
