I've moved to the US. Can I use my Apple TV here and have access to purchases I made in the UK?

No, I have not been able to change the store because there are some series passes that are still active.
What I was wondering is if the series not yet available in the US stay available to me when purchased in the UK.

In the support documentation it clearly states that you can transfer SD content. It's not so clear about the HD movie rentals.
You can transfer it to a device such as your Apple TV (1st generation), iPhone, iPad, or iPod if it’s a standard-definition film (movies in HD can only be watched on your computer, iPad, iPhone 4 or later, iPod touch (4th generation or later), or Apple TV).

The best way would be to move it using an external hard drive. Then you have to move the hard drive between the two computers. In fact you could all the Events folders and the Project on that same hard drive too. And everything would be self contained. You would use iMovie to copy the Projects and Events onto the external hard drive (don't drag anything outside of iMovie, moving the files manually is NOT good). Then as a last step run the Consolidate Project command on that copy of the project on the External HD. That would get everything you needed into one spot.
But be aware, your iTunes and iPhoto libraries are going to still be on your iMac. So you may not have access to EVERYthing you need to put into the final project.

Yes, your files in CS5 are just .html, .css, .php and .js files, there's nothing that makes them "CS5 versions" of those file types.
You can do it a couple different ways, but the easiest would be to copy the folder being used as the root directory (and all of it's contents) from one machine to the other, then on the new machine, simply set up a new site definition, using that newly copied folder as the local root.
If you want, you can export your site settings (FTP and whatnot) on the old machine...
Go to Site > Manage Site> click the site you want > Export
Copy the resulting .ste file along with the local root folder to the new machine
On the new machine go to Site > Manage Sites > import to bring in the .ste
Relink that new site to the newly copied root folder
