I just read about the fact that subscriptions do not cover UK cost shared numbers, could you please tell me if I can transfer the money from my subscription into a pay as you go credit, as I can't use my subscription in this case?

You can't transfer money between accounts. You can, however, gift items by clicking the arrow to the right of the price, which will achieve the same ends. It should work for everything except rentals.

Can you please share the error message that you are getting ? Are you transfering the data using Time Machine or any third party Back up tool ? if yes , kindly not use that , as that could cause Adobe Softwares not to work . and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. They may be able to restore the money to the card so you can redeem it through the correct account. If any of the money has been spent, then there will almost certainly be nothing the iTunes Store will be able to do for you.
