Can i try the iphone 5Cs? Because i see many interesting features but still am not satisfied! when shall Apple let us do the trial?
When i checked the webpage, well the iphone 5C is in spotlight but it is really worth what the company is claiming? And what does users says about the mobile? I know for chinese market, the price is too high so they cannot buy it However, i am only interested in trying the product, not keeping it as mine, after the trial, Apple can get back its iphone 5C. So how do we get to try it, outside the U.S?

FF worked fine before I accepted the latest update just a few days ago. My friend who lives far away said that she also has problems since the upgrade. When I click on the thumbnail to open FF no window opens, all I see is the crash report. Without the window I can't try the self-helps or give a crash ID (from what I understand from reading the options). None of the options in the crash report restore the browser. When I click on one, the box just pops right back up.
Other than general slowness of my system and some possible hacking which got someone into my paypal account this week, I've had no other computer issues. (I've changed my email address with PP & changed my email passwords in case someone is accessing my machine through my email...I'm not very computer literate...I don't believe this can happen, yet no other options were presented).
Because my friend also experienced this crash issue I think this is totally related to the upgrade & what ever it did to my computer such that FF no longer loads.
Please give me steps to fix this issue without FF running--all the self-help techniques seem to assume that I can run FF, get a browser window, utilize the links therein. I can't get a window open at all!YAY!! I have Safe mode!!

I had a trial version of Pages for 30 days and then purchased the actual software without removing the trial. Now when I try to edit documents and save them it sometimes wont because it tells me I am using a trial version.... But sometimes it lets me!! How can I remove the trial version? I cannot tell which one I am using when I open it....

If the phone was previously owned and is locked to that owner's Apple ID the ONLY way you can activate it is to get that person to release Activation Lock. This is an antitheft feature of the phone; stolen phones are useless.
If you purchased the phone new you created the Apple ID, and will have to remember it. If it is only the password you have forgotten go to https://iforgot.apple.com -

You're going to want to force it in recover mode thent o restore the device, unplug it from the computer, hold down the home button replug it back in intil you see the Itunes symbol with an arrow pointing towards it

There is no other solution - as you have already been told, if you don't have that user id and you cannot contact the previous owner of that id for the phone, then there is absolutely nothing that you can do. You have a useless brick that you can't use.

Correct. When you purchase devices, they would have stated the OS they needed to work, on the box. This can be overlooked, but it is very important to check when purchasing.
You current OS, is so old, that they technology build into the new devices, is not something your OS understands. It didn't exist when your OS was created, and therefore you need to upgrade the OS to work with the newer technology of these devices.

See this http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1212, but if that doesn't help, the only other way to get past this is to restore the phone on the computer you normally sync with to your latest backup. This will remove the passcode.

Can I merge my iPhone address book with my iMac address book? I do not want to replace one for the other, just combine them.
It seems that you have to choose one or the other, keep iMAcc addresses or iPhone.Indeed you can merge the address book using iCloud. You can find the info here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3998. I am not sure if you can de-duplicate though.
If that doesn't work or you want more out of your address book, you can always try connex.io (I work for the company). It's a service that automatically syncs, deduplicates, cleans and updates your address book across many different devices and services. If you want to try it out, you can get a free trail version at www.connex.io.

Hello, I can´t active my iPad because appears the following mesage: "Not Enough Storage, This iPad cannot backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage available. You can manage your storage in settings". I did click on Settings but still locked.
Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone should restart. This will have no affect on your data.
