Can I turn my one year monthly Adobe Premiere subscription into a full membership?

I have a one year monthly subscription for Adobe Premiere? Now I'd like to have the full membership for a year, but when I try to do this it seems like I have to continue paying for the single program and on top of that for the full version to access to all programs.
Its there no way to upgrade to a full membership? I don't want to pay for the same product twice.

The Creative Cloud subscription is not OS specific as it's licensed via your Adobe ID.
You can purchase a single subscription and use it on 2 machines irrespective of it being Windows or Mac.

Either way still a good question because there is a 40gb hard drive that has just been sitting there unused. It would nice if it could be used as a data storage device.
Currently I just stream content thru the Apple TV or rent movies directly from the ATV (not at the computer and then wait for them to transfer to the hard drive)

i want to make a slide show with my pictures and i dont want to add fade in/out 400 times so is there any batch transition or one click fade in/out or at least something like that?

Use:
1. Automate to sequence and select the transition you want, or
2. Apply the transition in the timeline, copy, select the rest of the clips and paste attributes.

Very confusing and not very clear on what I products I actually have for my one year Creative Cloud Photography subscription.
Have I missed something during the purchasing procedure?
I had issues with loading Photoshop CC 2014, which are now solved. However, when I go to use Lightroom 5, it leads me to believe that I only have a trial copy with an initial number of 20 days, then it looks I will have to purchase it.
Have I actually got Lightroom 5 with my package?

Can't buy premium (ONE YEAR) only 1 month because ...

Now, Skype is SOOOOOO BAD with "support". I go to purchase premium, one year, and it WON'T LET ME! it will only let me purchase 1 month because I only have $9 in account. SO, I go to add money to my account. It only lets me add $10 at a time. Now, I don't want to add a whole bunch of $10 hits to my VISA card or my bank will think it's stolen and put a hold on it. So, I CAN'T BUY PREMIUM. I sent a note to Skype LAST WEEK and the morons didn't understand the question and didn't answer it (just add money to your account!). So, I CAN'T PURCHASE IT. If only they had a valid competitor I would split in a second. I dare say Skype is getting close to Ticketmaster-the most hated brand in America......anybody got any ideas? Skype has no answers or abilities for me to even buy the ($*&%& service that my company wants me to have! What a $*%& joke Skype.

I get it that you are upset about the payment amount limits, but please mind your language, otherwise your posts will be removed due to violation of community guidelines.
About the issue itself, if you don't have enough Skype Credit on your account then of course you can't purchase Skype Premium for 12months with Skype Credit. Currently your account is new when it comes to payments and due to security reasons there are limits for amount you can pay at once. After you have made several successful payments over time these limits will increase.
Instead of making several orders you can use your credit card to pay for Skype Premium with one payment. You don't need to first add credit to your account and then purchase, if you will be using credit card then why not use it for direct payment?
I'll check what caused the miscommunication with customer service and see if there is anything customer service could have done differently to provide better service.

I actually was trying to sign up for the one year service and see it is advertised as being 50% off, but when I went to the site, it was only 25% off. Is there someplace special you need to go on the site to get the additional discount?

How do I change from an Online Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one-year) to Adobe Creative Cloud for ETLA

I received a redemption code for Adobe Creative Cloud for ETLA from my school and signed up with the redemption code but now it is saying that I only have Online Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one-year). What can I do to change it to the Adobe Creative Cloud for ETLA that I need for my college courses.

I do not understand your issue, ETLA is just a educational form of CC, you have redeemed CC using redemption code on Jan 20, 2015, it valid for an year.
Are you talking about how to use it offline as desktop app, then you can use the CC without internet for up-to 90 days, you need to log in once in 90 days to keep the CC active.

Verizon for one you have very bad customer service, for two why does someone who has a one year warranty have to go into the store to replace my samsung galaxy s4 phone, when all it has done for months is over heat?

I dont understand why i would need to go into the store for a replacement phone when i have had my phone under one year just because i have had it under one year. My phone has been over heating and i been trying to get a replacement phone, but i dont really have time to go in the store and i really dont see why i can replace my phone over the phone after one year.

Broke new phone Verizon couldn't help even give me form for insurance I pay for in their stores.Seperate corp.Had no Internet waited 2 weeks mail me form.They suck.Did run across 1 dude finially knew his stuff and personally handeled many problems.It was after most working there didn't took me month replacement phone mailed.If customers service person seems new ask for someone can fix problems asap.

In June last year I bought Adobe Premiere elements 11. I can't find the activation key number. I don't have the email and I can't find it I would like to install it on other computer.

What computer operating system is involved here?
Did you ever install Premiere Elements 11 on your computer?
If so, then go to the Adobe web site http://www.adobe.com, sign in with your Adobe ID and Password, go to the Search field (top right of the web page) and type in My Products. Follow the My Products link to the list of your registered products. If you find your Adobe Premiere Elements 11 listed there, click on it to reveal the serial number.
Please let us know the outcome.

Add On...remember, Adobe will not let you use the purchased activated serial number on more than 2 of your computers (and then, one at a time).

How can i add a image in adobe premiere 6.5. I tried to put the image tga and when i import the image to adobe premiere it has white background and it is not transparent ??

I do not have Premiere 6.5 any more on my pc so its my heart and it has been a while.
Rightclick on the tga and go to video options? transparancy settings. Now you select the track? matte key from the dropdown keymenu and i think the pagepeel has to be selected.

Where can I find the error log of adobe premiere CC

Adobe premiere CC is doing very weird things this last month.
When I open adobe I get a really weird setup. When I move everything back in order it's ok again. I save the new order under the same name (overlapping) but when I start adobe again, everything is messed up again.
Than premiere is veeeeeery slowly when I output to adobe media encoder. Very slow in choosing the codec, change settings and Render Que.
I even got a very strange and long error within adobe, but I closed it....
I guess that error was the problem and I need to find it back again.
Does adobe premiere create a log file where I can see that error from today again?
