Can I tweak iOS 7 to look more like ios 6?

Somehow my eyesight has suddenly got worse & I can't read the tiny blue lettering down the side of address book, making me have to start at 'A' & scroll through, or randomly stab at the tiny blue dots hoping to hit an approximate area!
There are other niggles, but that is the most annoying so far.

Thank you, tried that. it doesn't change the size of the blue lettering of the app, just the content text.

There is one, it's called "System Preferences". And for items like the "Dock", you can use google to find the defaults code (i.e. 2D flat Dock for Mac OS X)
Most (not all) appearance issues can be adjusted to your liking.
With a little work, you'll have your iMac looking like 2005 in no time!

Light grey looks more like light pink

I just bought a new MacBook Pro 17 and I think that the screen may be wrong. Everytime I look at a light grey color, it look pink. This is not happening on my Cinema display when I plug it on. For example, if you look at : http://www.agavi.org/docs/HEAD/manuals/manual/ch02s03.html all that code area look more pink than grey.
Is this something that I can fix with a color calibration or is the display broken ?

Well, I just called apple and ordered a replacement. My thought is I've got a faulty panel. I won't have a laptop for a week or so but I don't think I can work with a panel that display pink-ish colors instead of grey. I just hope the replacement will be without troubles.

How can I make my spaceman's mask look more like glass?

Right now the visor is just it's own layer. It's a light blue fill and I have it set to 70% opacity.
I'm not looking to get TOO realistic as my style is cartooony, but any suggestions on what I can do to give the visor more of a glass look?

What I do is run a soft white brush through where I think the reflection should be, and apply Gaussian blur to a point where it looks OK. Then mask out the spill, and adjust layer opacity.

Can the Add To Cart image render the hand cursor to look more like a clickable link?

I have used a custom image for the add to cart tag - {tag_addtocart,<img src="/images/fg_buttonbuy.jpg" width="203" height="76" />} - however our client is worried people will be unsure if that's where they click to add the product to the cart as the cursor stays as the arrow and doesn't change to the hand like when clicking on other links.
I was pointed to this page http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_button_test and told I was able to customise my code so that it did render the hand. I've done a little bit of trial and error however am unsure how to add the button code to the add to cart tag.
If anyone is able to assist it would be greatly appreciated!

How do I make firefox 4 look more like firefox 3?

I am considering updating the household computers to firefox 4, however, the older members of the household dont do changes with their computers very well, to that end, I wish to know how to make firefox 4 look like firefox 3.

If you do not like the new appearance of Firefox 4 then you can change some setting to restore the Firefox 3 appearance. 
You can right click the orange Firefox button to open the toolbar context menu or use (F10) View > Toolbars.

Can Shake make a video clip look poster like?

I'm a very long time user of FCP. I'm looking for a software app that I can put on a video clip that will give it a "poster" or cartoon like or 2D animated look. If anyone's seen the 2008 Coca-Cola short film winner, this is what I'm looking for:

Can Shake do this? FCP can give a poster-like look, but it's only a frame at a time. On a five minute video clip, that could take awhile...
I'm willing to buy whatever software / hardware is needed, but I just want to know if I'm buying the right software.

I hate SOOO many things about firefox 4 that I'm ready to switch to another browser. The new version is ridiculous!! Y'all are looking more like Microsoft with this one!

(1) I can't give feedback because you keep telling me i don't have the latest version. I DOWNLOAD/REINSTALL and you contniue to tell me the same thing!!!
(2) I can't stand not being able to go back by clicking the arrow. I keep having to right click and select where I want to go!
(3) I exited through the menu to save my active pages and when I reloaded, it started over!!!
(4) I continually have to turn off the bookmark toolbar and turn it back on to get my buttons back!
(5) Whenever I select "open in new window" a blank window opens and nothing loads!
The advantages that I had when using firefox are gone! I will be trying other browsers. I think it's time to try chrome or safari.
It's really too bad you lost what you had. I was a HUGE supporter of firefox, but version 4 is terrible!!!!

Regarding #1, your post says you have a beta version of Firefox 4. That may well be incorrect, but that is why the site says you do not have the latest version.
Losing graphics on the bookmarks toolbar and not having a working back button are not normal, but I'm not sure whether you want to troubleshoot Firefox 4, roll back to Firefox 3.6, or just move on.

I am using 3.6 because I like how it spreads out my toolbars instead of just giving me the bookmarks in the corner and the lonesome firefox in the opposite corner. I know I can open the bookmark toolbar but it is not the same. I want the file, edit, view, history, bookmarks, tools, help toolbar across. How can I get the new firefox to do that

How to change the Firefox UI in Ubuntu to look more like the Windows Version?

Pretty much to summarize, I am a Google Chrome user who wants to give Firefox a try. I am on Ubuntu 11.04. Ubuntu originally came with Firefox, but when I installed the Oxygen icon theme, I then opened up Firefox, and thought ''"bleuch"''. The icons and UI was ugly, so I kept on with Chrome. A little while later, I installed Firefox on my laptop which runs Windows 7, and I was surprised at how much better it looked. I assumed it had something to do with the version of Firefox, so on my linux machine, I downloaded the 6.0 version, but it still looks the same. It's missing the pretty "Firefox" System menu at the top, the back and forward buttons were still hideous, etc. So my question is, how do I get Firefox to look the way it does in Windows?

If you hide (uncheck) the '''Menu Bar''' then it will collapsed into a button much like the orange Firefox button on Windows.

I think there is no point to drag aliases since you are not moving the item. Just drag a folder to the Finder's side bar and you get a shortcut to it.

Is there a way to make digital photos look less like video in FCP?

I know this is probably a question better suited to the Adobe Photoshop forums, but does anyone know a way to make digital photos look more like film than video in FCP? I know about watching for hotspots and such, but is there anything else I can do?

All links in the chain peddle the bicycle: in this case, I would guess your photography may suffer a bit if your colors are blown out. In assuming you have a chance to rephotograph, establish in your menu that your color temperature matches your lighting. Try K6300 for strobe, K6100 for strobe umbrella, K3100 up or down a few for tungsten: make sure your lights are at 45 degree from your photos, reflection of the camera. Your best bet is to WBalance them, and at all the same exposure, as Automatic tends to give you the neutral color and neutral value. Don't trust automatic unless you're in a pinch. You can also set in your menu a "less vivid" level, but I wouldn't trust this either.

Besides these problems, there is the battery, which was bad got worse, she is not lasting more than 10 hours, even without using the phone.
