No, it is not even possible to see files without adding an app to iOS..
And for TM you need AFP.. and the iOS only manages SMB..
I suddenly realise you may not mean Time Machine.. at all but time capsule.. ie can you see files stored on the TC.. yes.. if you load an app.. not files stored by Time Machine. But files you have deliberately copied to the TC yes.

No. If you simply click on a hyperlink in pretty much anything, Safari will open since it is the default browser. The only option you have is tap and hold on the link, and then select Add to reading list. It will then be stored int eh reading list in Safari.

If you are asking if you can purchase from the online Apple Store and have them ship to another country, no. The US Apple Store will ship only to the fifty United States. You would have to get the iPad shipped to you, assuming you are in the US, and then send it overseas yourself. If you are not in the US, then you probably cannot order from the US Apple Store at all since they will not accept non-US credit cards, though it might be possible to get them to accept an international money order or wire transfer. They still will not ship outside the US, though.

Not Bluetooth. You can connect if the phone has tethering/internet sharing. The phone has to put out an SSID for other devices to connect to. Like a wifi signal.

Can't see iPad from PC iTunes

Actually, when I'm in iTunes on my Windows 7 PC and I USB attach to my iPad, the iPad device appears on the PC screen. But, when I close that display, I can't figure out how to reopen it.
In older versions of iTunes when I had an iPod attached, it would show up on the column to the left where I could treat it like an external drive is treated in Windows.
I have some trouble believing that I have to disconnect and reconnect the iPad from the PC in order to get the iPad view to reappear.

hit ctrl+s to show the sidebar, ur device should be shown on there. sometimes the keys dont work to show sidebar though so go to view/showsidebar on ur menu bar. if ur menu bar isnt shown then either hit ctrl+b to show it or click on the half shaded out grey box on the top left of itunes window, then hit show menu bar in the drop down menu that appears.

Last night I f disconnected my IPad from charger with 100% battery at 1:30 am, it was on airplane mode with wifi off & I closed all application. Even I disabled every background refresh app!! At 10:30am in the morning, the charge was at 89%. This has happened after upgrading my iOS 7 to ios8!!!!
Previously when my iPad was on ios7, even when some of my applications ware open, even after 9 hours my ipad's battery life was aroun 99% or 98% with airplane mode on & wifi off.

When I create a computer to computer network in os x i can ping my ipad. When I try via the home hub there is no response. Is this a firewall setting that can be changed.

Can't restore iPad from icloud

I Had the "unable to download item" issue after updating iOS recently. Forums suggested that I shoud restore the iPad 2 via iTunes and then restore content from backup. So I held down the two buttons while connecting the iPad to the computer and the system restore worked fine however when it came to restoring content it said that the iPad had not been backed up previously.I looked online in my iCloud account and there is definitely a backup there but for some reason it is not tied in with my iPad any more. Is there anything I can do about this?

Did you hook your AppleTV up your Wi-Fi network? If you did the AppleTV should show up in AirPlay in the Control Panel. The Control Panel is accessed by swiping up from the bottom of the screen.

How can I stop QuickTime from streaming all internet videos?

When I updated my ITunes all the media file associations were changed to QuickTime. I want the Windows Media Player to keep the associations.
What I did so far is:
I have disabled all associations in QuickTime player options (except .mov) and turned on all associations in Win Media Player (which I prefer for streaming internet videos) however QuickTime still opens all onling videos. How can I change that. Is uninstalling QT the only solution to this problem?

Changing the the file associations from within QT and WMP settings may not be enough if there are current files on the hard drive that have been previously associated with that media player.
Try right clicking on one of those files, Where it shows; Opens With: click on the Change button, and choose what media player to handle it

The Time Capsule does not have a modem onboard. You will need a modem if you want to be able to connect to the Internet.

If you don't have iTunes you will need to buy the song from the iTunes store and download it that way. If it is a custom track you may be out of luck. The only way to get a song on your device without iTunes involves jailbreaking it.
iOS is set up to prevent people from emailing each other songs, videos, movies, books, etc. This is how Apple got their contracts with the content providers by promising that they would do what ever it takes to prevent people from sharing content that they didn't pay for.
