Can I uninstall non-Cloud apps on a computer where Cloud apps are installed? [was:I]

In Dec. 2013 I subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop CC & Adobe Lightroom 5 version). On the same computer purchased, earlier versions, of these apps. are installed. Can I uninstall the purchased versions without affecting the Creative Cloud versions, which I want to do? Are the Creative Cloud versions full versions or do the require the earlier versions be present?

Yes, you can safely uninstall earlier, non-Cloud version of the apps. I presume you mean Photoshop CS6/CS5 and/or Lightroom 4 or 5?
Cloud apps, which are full versions, do not rely on the non-Cloud versions.

you can but you should wait a few months before doing that. some plug-ins/printers/scanners etc that don't support 64-bit apps will require your 32-bit apps. if you want to use those plug-in/printers/scanner etc don't uninstall your 32-bit apps.

On that computer... Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

Regarding your broken, previously authorized computer, here's how that works:
You would authorize your new computer -- maybe you've done that already. Then you will have two computers authorized. Apple allows you to have up to five computers authorized at any time. If you get to five, you can then go to your account details in iTunes and remove all authorizations.
Bear in mind this is not saying you can synch to more tham one library. Razmee209 and gdgmacguy's comments above are correct. But if Apple only allowed you to authorize one computer at a time, then having a broken computer would mean you could no longer use your Apple ID with iTunes.

With the Help of Adobe Application Manager you can install the Photoshop. Please do keep in mind that 64 bit Applications(After Effects, Premiere Pro) are not supported on Windows XP unless you have 64 bit OS so it will not show in AAM.

I'd like to use a similar "laser pointer" effect to show where my fingers are touching the screen in any application -- and, yes, where there are simultaneous multiple finger contacts.
This would be so helpful in demo-ing the "new" iPad to a group of 30+ professors this coming August. Hold an iPhone over the screen as a camera just doesn't "cut it."

You can add extra empty toolbars if you want to see more of the persona.
You can create extra toolbars to get extra space via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"
You have to put something on a toolbar (drag a Space item onto it) before closing the Customize window because empty toolbars are automatically removed.

I can't uninstall photoshop elements 8 from my computer.
