Can I unistall CS6 versions?

Can I unistall CS6 versions if I have CC versions on my creative cloud membership? I had AE CS6 when i joined and upgraded to CC when it came out, can I unistall AECS6 without it messing anythinf up? I know that Preimere CS6 is tied to encore and there is no encore CC. So does this mean I have to keep Preimere CS6 if even though I have Preimere CC If I want to keep using Encore.

You can uninstall PrProCS6 and keep only EncoreCS6... but if you ever have an Encore activation problem you will need to RE-install PProCS6 to be able to activate Encore
Unless you have a space problem, you don't NEED to uninstall PProCS6 for PProCC to run

I did go to programs and features, it is not appearing in add/remove

How can I install CS6 versions of Adobe Software Using the Adobe Desktop App?

I have a licence for CS6 Software NOT the new CC software. The only options i can see available in the CC app is for the new CC versions of the software. I tried clicking on the previous versions option as suggested by the troubleshooter, but none of the software I want to install is available in the list.

Bcom if you own CS6 you will want to use the traditional method of installing from the installation files and entering your serial number. If you are looking for a fresh copy of the installation files they can be downloaded at Download CS6 products.

I am having trouble on getting CC version from Adobe CC down loader. We have group licence. And few members can download CC version of the s/w for example Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC etc. But I and one of my colleague can only see CS6 version to download. And even getting notification to update the s/w. Any help will be highly appreciated.

If you are on windows OS, Click on Gear icon and Quit Creative Cloud App
Then Right click on Creative Cloud desktop shortcut and choose properties.
Then Click on compatibility tab
Under compatibility mode ""Make sure "Run this program in compatibility mode for " box is unchecked.
If it is checked, uncheck it and click on Apply, Ok. Then launch Creative Cloud App and try.

I have several files that has been saved in a cc2014 version and I can't open them in my CS6 version of Indesign.
I don t have access to anyone who have the cc 2014 version to convert the file.
How can I do it from my cs6 version?

You can't do it from CS6.
You have to export to IDML from InDesign CC2014 (or whatever the version it was created in) and then open the IDML in the earlier versoin of InDesign.

The Adobe auto updater is pretty decent in CS6. Just go to the Photoshop Help menu > Updates.
You will be able to update ACR, Photoshop and Bridge right there, if there are in fact updates available.

Matt59 yes you can install Photoshop Elements 13 separately. The evaluation process is software title specific.
