Can I upgrade from Web Premium 3 to Production Premium 4 and keep Dreamweaver?

I have a question I hope someone can answer. I am thinking of upgrading from my Web Design Premium Cs3 to the Production Suite. I use Dreamweaver a lot but not for major website coding and such and I am quite comfy with CS3. So I would like to keep DW CS3 but I am using after effects more and more with animation projects and would like to upgrade from Web CS3 to Production CS4 to gain AE CS4.
My main question is this: will I loose Dreamweaver CS3 and Acrobat if I do the Production update? I currently run a stand alone version of AE Ver. 7 Pro and acquired a new Macbook Pro that would run AE and Premier, Photoshop etc. I just don't want to loose Dreamweaver in the upgrade.
Also, if I wanted to upgrade Acrobat in the future how would that work? Is Adobe forcing the upgrade to the Master Suite in my situation? Or can I upgrade individual components in the future?
A simple yes or no answer is fine.
Thanks!

The simple yes or no answer you are looking for is no, you cannot upgrade individual components in the future. Once you buy into the suite, you can upgrade the full suite or upgrade from one version of the suite to a higher version of the suite.
For futher information, I suggest you directly contact Adobe Customer Support. This forum is not a venue for direct communication with Adobe, but rather, a user to user forum with emphasis on users. Adobe does not officially monitor this forum.

  • How can I upgrade from Web Premium CS3 to Flash Pro CS6?

I have a license for Web Premium CS3 (including Flash CS3 Pro) and bought an upgrade for Flash CS6. But I had problems with my license code because the installer always want's a Flash CS3 Pro license code and I only have a Web Premium license code. How can I solve this?
    Thanks

You can't. Standalone products cannot be used with a suite serial. Eitehr you buy a full standalone license of Flash or upgrade your entire suite. Get in touch with sales.

  • Can I upgrade from 10.5.8 to 10.6.3 and recover the entire hard disk with time machine?

    Dear apple users,
I am about to upgrade from 10.5.8 to 10.6.3, so I'm making a TM backup with an external drive. I want to format the HDD on my mac to get a fresh start with the new OS. However, I am a little worried that I might not be able to transfer all the files from my 10.5.8 system to my 10.6.3 (the same computer) I don't have that many programs that I am worried about, but I don't want to loose all the photos.
Will there be a problem if I try to recover the computer from my TM? Or is this just a problem that I have created in my own head?
    best regards
    Anton

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
I highly recommend you to upgrade first. An upgrade shouldn't give you problems, so you will save a lot of time if the upgrade goes well (it should).
If not, then make a clean install. You can restore the Time Machine backup without any problem after installing Mac OS X Snow Leopard, because Time Machine doesn't restore system files. However, you have to restore the Time Machine after installing Mac OS X, when your computer asks you to restore the backup

  • Can I upgrade from annual webBasics plan to the webBasics+ plan and just pay a pro rata fee instead?

    Hello,
I setup an account for my client on the webBasics plan (annual fee).  I realised an hour later that this should have been setup on the webBasics+ plan.  If I upgade a day later, will I be charged the full annual fee again or will Adobe just charge the difference?
    Thanks in advace.
    Regards
    Brendon

I believe they only charge the difference BUT contact billing and ask to be 100% sure. You can contact them through a support ticket.

  • Can I install Adobe Web Premium CS6 over CS5 on Yosemite?

I've downloaded and installed Adobe web premium CS5 and registered it. My company paid an upgrade for CS6. What are steps for installing CS6 - can I upgrade directly from CS5 without uninstalling it?

CS6 is a separate install, so whether you remove CS5 beforehand or just leave it in place is ultimately entirely your choice.

  • Can one upgrade from CS5.5 to CS6 as a Retail Product or does one need to do it as a Volume License?

Can one upgrade from CS5.5 to CS6 as a Retail Product or does one need to do it as a Volume License?

Well, depends on what your CS5.5 actually is. If it came as a volume license, the upgrade terms would be determined by the specifics of the volume licensing model chosen... Anyway, that's way too specific. Contact sales support by phone or web chat to haggle things out.

  • Upgrading from CS2 'Premium' to Photoshop CS5

I have CS2 Premium and find that I have no use for much of the suite's products, though I use Photoshop quite a bit. I would like to upgrade to the new Photoshop CS5 and was wondering if I can do this from CS2 Premium? All I see in the "upgrade from" choices are Photoshop CS4 Extended, Photoshop CS3 Extended, or Photoshop CS4, CS3, and CS2.
So I don't know what to choose if I can even choose any of these upgrade paths.
    Anyone know?

You cannot upgrade individual suite components.

  • Can I upgrade from version 10.4.11 to 10.5.8 in order to access mobileme?

Can I upgrade from version Tiger 10.4.11 to  Leopard 10.5.8 in order to access mobileme?, If so, how would I accomplish this action? I have already created a web site using iweb which came with my I-Mac (3 or 4 years old), and noe need to publish it on mobileme.

If you machine meets the minimum for Snow Leopard (10.6.x) then it would be easier to buy that. If the machine is capable I'd recommend upgrading to Snow Leopard. It's going to be difficult  and more expensive to get Leopard. Here are the minimum spec's for Snow Leopard:
    General requirements
Mac computer with an Intel processor
    1GB of memory
    5GB of available disk space
    DVD drive for installation
Some features require a compatible Internet service provider; fees may apply.
Some features require Apple’s MobileMeservice; fees and terms apply.

  • Looking to upgrade from Adobe Creative Suite 3 Production Premium to the latest.

I am looking to upgrade from Adobe Creative Suite 3 Production Premium to the latest. We are running on an isolated network without access to the Internet. Looking for advise on how best to proceed.

As far as upgrading goes, you will not have that option for CS3 as it is not in the upgrade path for CS6.  You will have to purchase the full version of CS6.  I don't know if buying the disk is still an option, but if you have to you can download the installation file(s) and copy to a removeable media and install using that.  In order to activate it you will have to perform an offline activation.
Here are some links that might be of help...
