Are you talking about the HP Smart Web Printing program and Toolbar for Firefox?
That application adds a few features to Firefox, but it won't stop the printer itself from working with Firefox. My advice is to download the latest version of that program from the HP website, and you'll probably find that the latest version of that application will work with Firefox 3.6.x versions.
IMO, HP is lax about updating that application when Mozilla releases a new major version of Firefox, thus inconveniences their users unnecessarily for a few months while they take their time making an updated version - work they should have been doing when the new version of Firefox was being tested in the Release Candidate phase.

MS mediaplayer - that is another cup of tea... my guess: the files you want to watch are in .wmv format, which is a) proprietary b) you need the wmv player OR try the plug-ins from www.flip4mac.com ( I suppose, they have a free "play only" plug...?? search for your own)
MM Flash 7 - no substitute for that, what makes me wonder, with your 10.4.3 system/Safari Flash contents should be shown "automatically".../mostly used for "effects" on websites as drop down menus etc....

besides: iM ist not a player!! it's an edit app! for playback any media content, Quicktime Player is meant for... Preview is for stills....
try clicking on the file you want WHILE pressing the ctrl-key on your keyboard, the context menu should show you some download options; when file is on your hd, try to open file with QTplayer.......

iOS devices use AirPrint to perform wireless printing, your User Guide will explain how to set it up. But you need an AirPrint enabled printer or app to provide the right interface.

Hi there, I just installed a wireless printer but to use it I have to click on the Airport icon and select the printer in the 'devices' list. This deselects my connection to my wireless modem. I have a Linksys WAG54G2 wireless G router. This router has a Wireless Protected Setup button which I understood would initiate a search for wireless devices and aid setup but it seems to do nothing. I made the mistake of tryig to use the linksys installation disk to access a setup wizard and that just reset my entire network back to factory settings and it took me 4 hours to reconfig my system. Won't be touching that again. It all seems odd, the printer is compatible with the router as far as I can see but I don't know how to get the router to recognise the printer.

You have to understand the difference between an Update and an Upgrade.
An Update is a free change to add to the base code or as a bug fix within an existing Operating System. Such as the .8 added to OSX 10.5 or the .11 added to OSX 10.4..
An Upgrade is a complete new Operating System that must be purchased. Such as 10.5 Leopard to 10.6 Snow Leopard.
10.5 Leopard was written for Power PC Macs with code added to force it to run on Intel processors.
10.6 Snow Leopard has completely rewritten code and only runs on Intel Macs.
10.7 Lion ($19.99) used some 32 bit which allows it to run on Late 2006 through Early 2008 MacBooks and a lot of 64 bit code.
10.8 Mountain Lion ($19.99) is pure 64 bit, which excludes more systems than Lion did. It can only run on the Late 2008 through Mid 2010 MacBooks. It's not something you can add memory to, for example, as it involves the base architecture.
10.9 Mavericks is pure 64 bit and is a free download from the App store.
The 10.6 Snow Leopard DVD is in the Apple online store. As the other posters wrote in order to take a movie file and turn it into a DVD that can be played in standard DVD players you need a DVD authoring application. That you need a separate program to create the DVD is standard procedure and has been that way since the beginning. All Apple produce that can produce video files require an external authoring program. iMovie, iPhoto and Final Cut all do this.
One other thing I will comment on is your choice of output format. You will almost certainly be disappointed with the video quality of your finished DVD if you put a HD video on a SD DVD. Unless you plan to burn a bluray disk you will get a better quality video if you output as SD if you plan to burn to an SD disk.

You can write a custom SQL query and map it to an object as needed. You can also use the Toplink query language "anyOf" or "get" commands to map two tables as long as you map them as one to one (get command) or one to many (anyOf command) in the toplink mapping workbench.

Short answer: yes, with limitations
Long Answer: AT&T has roaming agreements with other providers in foreign countries, so it will automatically work there, but you will be paying AT&T's roaming charges which are very expensive even if you have the $25 international roaming add-on. Of course that is just for voice, not including how much data might cost.
If you want to use the local country providers at their local pricing, then you want an unlocked phone (like the ones available in November from Apple).
Outside of that, there are other options, but you should research those somewhere else.
