There is no approved method to downgrade. Your attempt to load a non-standard iOS file is causing the error. If you want to use your phone, you are going to have to try and restore it to the latest iOS compatable for that device which is iOS 7.0.4, otherwise it will not work and you will continue to see the error. Apple is no longer signing anything below the current iOS, so it will never activate.

No, probably not. You will likely not be able to get 4G and you certainly will not get warranty in Asia. If you buy the phone in Europe then you will get an EU warranty, but iPhone warranty is not international, so you'll have to go to Europe if there are problems with the phone that need fixing.
If you want to use the phone in Asia, then buy the correct model in Asia and don't buy it in Europe. If they don't sell the model number then there is a chance that the phone won't work.

Using iPhone 3Gs with noise canceling headset

I recently upgraded from a 3G to a 3Gs. I used the 3G with a corded connection from the audio jack to a Lightspeed Zulu aviation noise canceling headset. It worked great. However, with the 3Gs I can hear the person I am talking to fine, but they say they can barely hear me. This never happened when I used my 3G phone with the NC headset. Is there a volume adjustment on the outgoing audio in the 3Gs?

No, if the phone is bought from AT&T in the US, it is locked to AT&T and AT&T do not offer unlocking, so it would only be able to be used with AT&T.

Sorry, what others here have said is wrong, wrong, wrong. There is nothing about the hardware of the iPhone 4S that would prevent a Sprint 4S from being used on T-Mobile, or any GSM carrier, international or domestic. Nothing. Zero. Zip. Zilch. Nada. Each and every 4S is 100% hardware capable of doing both GSM and CDMA out of the box. The only impediment is that Sprint would have to authorize an unlock for you. This is something they simply refuse to do. If anyone at Sprint has told you that they can't unlock a 4S for domestic use with another carrier, they have lied to your face. This, by the way, is something they're doing with everyone who asks the question - just Google search "Sprint unlock iPhone 4S", and you'll see dozens of internet threads where people talk about being lied to by Sprint about this issue. The good news is that Sprint signed an agreement with the FCC regarding letting off-contract customers unlock their phones. The agreement takes effect in mid-March, and Sprint is dragging its feet until then. Once that deadline passes, if Sprint still hasn't agreed to unlock your phone, then they're in violation of the agreement, and you can and should report them to the FCC. I sure plan to.
