    Thanks. I therefore have a problem as I cannot connect my ipad to the Apple TV. When trying to connect via Airplay my other apple tv appears (that is connected only via WiFi and that connects OK) but the Apple tv connected via the Ethernet does not show. I have looked at all the settings on both apple TV's and the only difference I can see is one is connected via WiFi and the other through Ethernet cable. Any ideas on what I need to check out?

    When I try to facetime another iphone, ipad, or mac, I can't it rings and says connect and then all of a sudden it says the other person is unavailable. It happens when someone calls me and when I call someone. All my devices are up to date, I am not sure what the problem is.

    purchased in Hong Kong you must return it there for evaluation either
    by taking it to Hong Kong personally or send it to a friend/relative there
    to take to Apple for repair. iPhone internals for US iPhones are different
    from the iPhones sold in Hong Kong and other markets. US Apple stores
    will not have the same iPhone in stock and so cannot replace it.
    You were told the truth - your iPhone must be returned to Hong Kong for
    evaluation and possible replacement.

    Thank you, I understand, yeah, I knew that, my phone is factory unlocked and I am going home, which is obviously not in the States and I am thinking of buying a local carrier there. However, I still have 2 weeks before I leave and cannnot wait to start using my Iphone 4. I thought at least I could use the mp3 player function. So as far as I understand, I cannot activate it without a sim card. I have been using metropcs for about two years and it does not have a sim card. In this case, do I really not have another choice but wait for two weeks to listen to music?     P.S: For the iphone 4S. is there any difference for the one from online shop or the actual store?

    iPhones purchased from the online Apple Store in Australia will be unlocked. To the best of my knowledge, unlocked iPhone are not available from the physical Apple Stores at this time, though you can call the Apple Store in Melbourne and inquire.
    Note that the warranty on iPhones is not international, so if you purchase an iPhone in Australia and it needs service, you would have to ship the iPhone to someone in Australia to take or send to Apple for service and then ship it back to you.

    Yes u can. I upgrades my wife's phone and I use the new iphone 5 with my number.  Take it your carrier and get a different SIM card.  Bring your ID and u must be the primary account user.
