Can I use multiple Apple IDs in one device on IOS 7 as I do on IOS 6 ?

I Used to live in the UK so I have many apps, albums and other stuff purchased from the UK stores. When I moved to the States I started to buy from the US stores.. With IOS 6 I can switch between stores and have content from both of them on my devices, can I do the same on IOS 7?

I am already getting that pop up saying that the iPod is synced to another library (even though she is signed in with her Apple ID to iTunes) and gives the pop up to Cancel, Erase & Sync, or Transfer Purchases. My question arose because she clicked on "Erase & Sync" by mistake when she plugged the iPod to her PC the first time. When the iPod was purchased and setup, it was synced to my PC first. When she went home, she hooked it up to her PC and then she erased it by accident. I was able to restore all the missing stuff yesterday using my PC. However, even after doing that it still told me the next time I hooked it up last night that the iPod was currently synced with a different library. Hopefully, you can help me understand all this. She wants to sync her iPod and also backup her iPod at both places. Both PCs have been authorised. Thanks

As far as I know this is possible. Just log in with each single id under settings>store an redownload the apps from the app store (app store>downloads>purchased articles).
Though it will be difficult to do future updates, because only the updates of the id that is used for the moment are showing up.

She has her own Apple ID which she uses to purchase apps etc. Now, my question is how I can switch between the different computers. If I connect my new iPod touch to my Apple ID and download music from my lap top, can I also connect mu iPod touch to our home computer and download music and apps also from there?

iDevices only sync with one computer... any attempts to sync with a different computer will result in the media already on the device being wiped and replaced with media from the new computer.
This has nothing to do with how many Apple ID's are associated with the device. It is possible to use multiple Apple ID's on a single device for syncing different media and apps.

Each person in your home can have their own Apple ID provided it is tied the their own separate email address.
iTunes permits up to five authorized computers connected to a single Apple ID: iTunes Store- About authorization and deauthorization.
For this all to work well, however, each user in your household should have a separate user account on the computer they commonly use.

Using 2 Apple IDs on one device

I want to use the cloud match/storage service for our family media. I have 2 iphones, an ipad, 2 macbook pros, 2 itvs, 2 ipod touches and 4 desktop computers. That all currently use the same itunes apple ID for media play & purchase. however the 2 iphones use different mobile me accounts for sync of contacts calendars and such and one of the ipods is set up with a mobile me for my son with his desktop for sync. I want the seperation but I want the sync... can I keep my itunes accound synced and iCloud based for my family amongst the devices and still have seperate iCloud accounts for myself, my wife and my boys.

I have two Apple id s,one from day dot before the email address requirement
Address 1 is my iTunes id simply a name
Address 2 is my iCloud apple id (email style)
I use both accordingly.
When I need to apply a password the system obligingly tells me which id requires the password which are different
Not sure whether this is the split you want but consider my set up and compare with what you are trying to achieve

I don't use Virgin Media, but some providers allow you to have sub accounts under the main account, or can you create a second Virgin Media account to use on a second iTunes accout ? You can also create free email accound via, for example, http://hotmail.com and http://gmail.com
But you can use the same iTunes account on more than iPad - all content that you buy/download from the iTunes store is tied to the iTunes account that downloads it, so if you want to have the same apps, music, films etc on both then continuing to have just the one account may be preferable.

I have four iPhones connected (mine, wife, son, daughter) to my one Apple ID. I did this primarily so we can have apps on several phones without paying 4x. It works fine like that but after a recent warrant visit to the Apple Store, the tech told me it can create performance issues. Any truth to that? I wanted my teenager's AppleID to be different from mine so that she couldn't charge stuff to my AppleID, therefore I created me another one. Now when I go to Sync either device, it tells me that this IOS device can only be synced with one AppleID. Then I get a message to erase it, not going to do that, lol. If I logout as one ID and login as the other, will it still retain all synced information on the PC from the first IOS device? If I can just log in out of the AppleID, then I have no problem doing that as long as the synced apps, music, etc stays there for both. I am not trying to copy from one to the other, just want to make sure I have a backup for the UhOh times. No. Unfortunately, you can't combine Apple IDs togetehr, even if you own them all.
