Your understanding is a bit out of date. Verizon is a CDMA/LTE carrier. All Verizon phones that work on the 4G LTE network, which would exclude all but the most basic of phones, use SIM cards. Based on Apple's knowledge base. this configuration is supported for Windows 7 x64 and 8 using Mountain Lion 108.3 or higher. Simply use BootCamp Assistant to set it up.

For your application, you might also consider virtualization software like VMWare Fusion or Parallels.
I use both BootCamp and VMWare Fusion. Fusion is much easier to install, more flxible, runs at the same time as your Mac applications etc. For typical applications, there is no notable performance degradation.
If you need high performance graphics for gaming, BootCamp is still the best way to go. For all other applications, I prefer VMWare.

Forgive me for being a techo illiterate. But I know that this thing supports Blue Tooth. And one "problem" with it is although it has a DVD and sound card, music and movies have very lousy audibility. Is there something I can do about that? I was searching for how to setup the 903+ and my W520 and came to this thread.
1. The OP was asking about audio and there are updated audio drivers / tweaks to get it louder / install different drivers.

2. What I did for the 903+
Uninstalled the currently installed ThinkPad Bluetooth program. ( I forget the exact name, came stock and was out of date).
Required reboot.
Activated the Bluetooth with FN + F5 menu.
Downloaded the updated Bluetooth driver from lenovo (search lenovo driver matrix).
Ran the updated Bluetooth driver install.
Rebooted for good measure.
Double-clicked the Bluetooth Tray icon.
Clicked Add A Device.
Turned off my 903+ and continued to hold down the power to enable pairing mode.
Showed up in devices and added it.
Worked for audio. There are probably additional options for enabling the mic.

Just 10 bucks - i'm running this on my windows server and i can use all our IPads and iPhones to print on all printers my server has access to. Runs also on normal client machines starting from XP. I find it's worth the money.

You can use iChat to Video to PCs that are using the AIM for PC app or have the Trillian App with the Pro Add-on (which costs).
As you list OS 10.7.4 you may find you can find a copy of the Messages Beta (technically it was withdrawn before the release date for Mountain Lion that has the Full version)

You are perfectly fine using an over rated good quality charger like the genuine iPad charger. It will not charge your phone faster than the 1A iPhone charger though. This is because the phone will only ever draw up to 1A from any charger, no more. It will be faster than trying to charge from a computer USB port which is limited to 0.5A.
Beware of cheap Chinese knockoff chargers. These are poorly regulated, i.e. they may put out more than 5V DC or be electrically noisy with large voltage spikes. They also generally have very poor safety design and pose an electrocution and fire risk.

Your windows machine has a library called my pictures. You can organize your pictures there. Put your events into subdirectories as you want them, then sync those directories to the pad.
You can get pictures from the pad to the computer when you are plugged in. Open 'my computer' and the pad should show up as a device, and from there you can select which pictures to upload to the computer.
I do not think the albums you create on the pad will migrate up to the computer, but subdirectories you set up on the computer will sync to the pad as events.
