There are a number of 3rd party utilities that provide for this, or you can manually create a ringtone from a chosen segment of a song as long as the song was not purchased from the iTunes store with DRM protection. If you have the AT&T 3G iPad then you can explore the SIM card. I'm not sure if India has the SIM network or another type. REgardless you should be able to access wifi.
HOnestly, if I were traveling I'd get a plug adapter from a normal retail store. You can get a good one for $20 or less at your local retailer, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, probably KMart though I've not looked for them there. Best Buy and the office supply stores may also have them. You don't have to pay for the official one unless you want to. (I have 'over the counter' plug adapters so if I traveled I'd use what I have not buy another)

Shouldn't be a problem, it does it in the background without you even knowing. Might slow things down a bit with that much data, though, so you could leave it overnight.

I can't use some purchased iTunes music.
We moved and I have a new computer (iMac).
When we moved I had to drop my charter account - which I used as my itunes account. Now I use my gmail as my iTunes account but can't play 1 downloaded album (James Taylor Christmas).
It tells me this computer is not authorized to play but when i put my info in it tells me this computer is already authorized.

I would like to have different accounts for my wife and I so that our devices have different accounts/contacts/email and stuff but we would like to use the same music library. Can I set the different itunes to go to the same file to see music? Or could I copy the music file and give the copy to the second itunes account? I could set it up and authorize the music like for another user? Is any of this possible?

Try moving the entire iTunes Media folder to the Shared folder on your Mac and then in iTunes preferences, change the location of that folder to line it up. Then all you have to do in another user is follow the second set of steps to get that shared properly. Check out the article below for more detailed instructions.
