Can I use one Adobe ID on DPS Folio producer to publish a folio to both iTunes and Googleplay?

My publication is being deployed across two stores, Googleplay and iTunes. I've created my content at uploaded the first folio (set to 1024 x 768) to Folio Producer. Can I get away with using that that one folio to publish to both apps?
For clarity, my iTunes app is Multi-folio with iTunes Subscription, and the Googleplay app is Multi-folio. Both are free (no retail content) and the folio contains no inline videos or panoramas.

Yes you can use one application id and publish to both iTunes and Google play using renditions :

I personally like to keep separate application id's for both stores since separate application id's ensure that I get Analytics for both stores separately and it also makes managing the folios easier, though there is some initial work involved when publishing folios, in the long term, it's more fruitful.

Can I use one Adobe ID for two separate CC Teams?

I recently got a new job, and am still doing freelance work for my past employer, who will continue to keep me as a seat in their CC membership (CC for Teams).
At my new job, they are in the process of switching over to CC. Will I have to obtain another adobe ID to be a member of their team membership, or can I use the same one that I use for my previous job?
Also, will I then have two separate Cloud folders? How will this affect desktop sync? Will I have to log in and out using the CC app?

You have lost all your data, but hopefully you were backing it up with iCloud or iTunes. You can try this:
Turn your phone off and connect your cable to the computer, but not the device just yet. Start up iTunes. Now, hold down the home button on your phone and plug it in to the cable - don't let go of the button until iTunes tells you it's detected a phone in recovery mode. Now you can restore to factory settings.

I have used the Adobe Cleaner Tool many times and uninstalled other Adobe Products but neither has worked. I have uninstalled/reinstalled this CD version of Dreamweaver several times when changing computers and after having computer issues. Absolutely not. You are misinterpreting things. The activation check never happens when just running the installer, only much later. It means what it says - there is another "install" pending/ active on your system, meaning somewhere there is an (invisible) process still blocking things. Either way, since you haven't provided any real technical info, we can't advise specifically. if you are on Windows, you may want to check your task manager and terminate any setup.exe and msiexec.exe processes plus potentially may need to manually fix/ delete some registry keys. For anything beyond that you will have to be much more specific.

When trying to reinstall using the Cleaner Tool Jacob suggested, can you take a note of the location?
Error: "The licensing subsystem has failed catastrophically." when you start a Creative Suite 3.x application

It is not possible to create a new iCloud account using a Windows machine. You must create the account using a Mac (10.7.5 or more) or an IOS device (iPhone etc). Once that is done you can sign into and use the account on your Windows machine.

Not going to happen the way you want it to.
When you add a gift card balance to the Apple ID, it's available for the Apple ID.
Probably best to create unique Apple ID's for each... this will also make things easier in the future as purchases are eternally tied to the Apple ID they were purchased with.
