Yes you can, you can have up to 5 computers authorized for playback on purchases. If you have not purchases, then there is nothing to worry about there as well.

Alternatively you can always manage your iPads (does not matter how many) with a single apple id and all reporting to your account under "find my device" service. Keeping an eye on all your units. If you use the same AppleID for iMessage and iCloud though, you will all be sharing the same message account and iCloud email account. You can use a common AppleID for purchased content, but each create your own unique AppleID for iMessage and iCloud so you each have your own private accounts for those services.

Apple TV is designed to display content on a single TV only. Although it has component and HDMI outputs they are not independent and, as has been pointed out already, HDMI will take precedence over the component video.
You will need two Apple TVs, one for each TV, and you can then sync both with one computer either with the same content or with different content selected from a common library in iTunes..

I was trying to take my Mac air to factory default settings.
I've done all that it says in the documment i was following, and them during the process it asked me the APPLE ID.
I put the apple id i have in my iphone. But it's not the one... it's said that i don't have any OSX associated with it... so it can not install the OSX.

A Gift card will add a specified amount of mony to an iTunes account identified with a specific Apple ID (email address and password combination).
If that Account is set up on both Devices, then they will share the money balance in that account. And can purchase things in the store with that balance.

Each image is imported into the LR Catalog from just one stated location on disk. And that is where the sidecar gets written.
But if you want, outside of LR, you can have a file sync utility replicate all physical changes within those folders on disk, into other corresponding locations on other drives - which hold a copy of all the same images, and a copy of the sidecars too. This might happen continuously, periodically or on demand depending on the particular tool you use... for example, the Dropbox desktop app.
If you also want to have your LR Catalog replicated, I think this can only be done when LR is not running and using that.

Here's what I've found on the issue:
Pantone color definitions have changed (coinciding with CS6) — they are now "Pantone+" (I think that's what they're called). The "+" apparently means they're now LAB colors. Lab colors are not properly displayed in Preview (or in Finder previews) — they display as black (as far as I can tell, in all circumstances). I'm sure it's a tad more complicated than that, but that's the gist.
Now the bad news — nobody seems to know anything about a fix or workaround (unless you convert your PDFs to process — this might be a fix for sending to clients). It causes issues for me in AI files — being able to view them in the finder (with previews) is a HUGE time saver for my workflow... when they're all black, not so much.
In my chat with a director of product dev at Adobe, they placed the responsibility to fix on Apple (assuming Apple wants to support Pantone color definitions in their OS).

You can use the same Apple ID up to 10 devices.
That is for purchases in the App, iTunes and iBook stores.
