Regarding the validity of my post here: Actually there are several features that are turned off in various products that I have experienced in the past. Acrobat pro trial for example does not have the ability to create reusable forms that can be edited by acrobat reader. But if you are saying that Adobe Media Encoder will render video in trial mode then this may have been part of my issue from the start as I brought this up in #26 of that issue
I only brought this up in relationship to what I have experienced with Adobe Media Encoder in regards to running in trial mode.
I am sorry if I seemed "snarky" it was certainly not my intent and while I can see where you can get that from an initial exchange, since you brought this to my attention:

Certainly this is not the place for that. I find that sometimes it does help to laugh at my own situation then let it get to me however. I am honestly trying to solve my issue and during the process of that discovery if there is any information that I discover in the process that may help others... well I hope that is one good reason to post things here.

Each time when you start your computer, you need to restart Oracle as well, its only with Windows XP. The process you have to follow each time is:
Start -->Run and then type CMD to open command prompt.
In command prompt type
svrmgrl and then press
connect internal/oracle and then press
startup force and then press

Can I use Oracle XE (Oracle Database Express, the free light weight database) for prototyping about ODM?
I am worrying about the ODM components are not installed with Oracle XE so I won't be able to use the data mining features.

ODM is an option to the Oracle Database Enterprise Edition (EE). It requires the EE version.

If you are using OLite, you should use the OLite .NET provider:

Using Screen-Sharing for Commercial Purposes

Hi there, I'm a computer science tutor and I often tutor students remotely using a screen-sharing program. I have been looking to switch programs lately and learned of Skype's screen-sharing features. My question is: is it acceptable to use the Skype screen-sharing feature to tutor students remotely when I receive monetary compensation for the tutoring services (but not the use of the software)? I have looked at the Terms of Use and couldn't quite make out an answer from it.

Unless you purchased CS2 you have no legal right to download and use CS2.
Those downloads and serial numbers are supplied for those with legitimate
licenses because of the shutdown of the activation servers.

If you refer to EULA of FMS you will see below text corresponding to Developer License:
.1. Software License. So as per EULA you can use Developer Edition for commercial purpose with restriction that it cannot be used for load balancing or creating cluster of Developer Edition Network.

Use of Apple System Voice for commercial purposes.

I apologise if this is posted in the wrong category (I could see no other alternative however).
My question is:
I'd like to be able to make use of Apple's In-Built Voices for both web content and e-book use (recording samples of phrases and including them with their corresponding written content; I would not be selling the voices as part of a software package -not that I would even know how to).
Any help would be greatly appreciated, or perhaps a point in the right direction to 'free-for-commercial-use' voices elsewhere online as I've had a hard time finding anything, and when I do the terms and conditions seem incomprehensible to me.

How is the sample of a voice different from the sample of a drum? Aren't they both tools for an artist to use?
Since I work in the Advertising production business, I can see the day when voice modeling takes the place of real voices, much like samples of instruments have taken the place of real instruments...

Strangely, there isn't and end user license on Apple's site regarding iOS. But here's a look at the font agreement section from OS X Mountain Lion:
E. Fonts. Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, you may use the fonts included with the Apple Software to display and print content while running the Apple Software; however, you may only embed fonts in content if that is permitted by the embedding restrictions accompanying the font in question. These embedding restrictions can be found in the Font Book/Preview/Show Font Info panel.
So basically, you need to examine the fonts to see if there are notes on usage restrictions or limitations.

You can start work on your game from the moment you download and complete the installation of the Trial version.
No-one will be standing over you watching what you do or monitoring you remotely or noting when you pay for the software.
You can buy the software at any time during the Trial period. However, after a maximum 30 days of using the Trial, you will have to pay to keep using the software.
Other than that, do what you like with the Trial.
(If you somehow finish the game after 20 days of using the Trial then you can start selling the game even if you have not yet purchased the software.)
