It usually means what it says: Your processor is not supported by CC most likely. You know, under-the-hood stuff like SSE and otehr processor acceleration architectures being missing/ too old... Those old Core2Duo Macs just fit that pattern...

Yes, your subscription provides for having two working installations. You should only have to download and install that Cloud manager, sign in, then install the applications thru the manager... pretty much the same thing you did with the first machine.

If you have subscribed to the creative cloud photography plan then Lightroom is included as part of that plan. You can install it from the creative cloud desktop manager.

Try using the cleaner tool to clean up the application .
After removing the application reinstall it using the creative cloud desktop.

I chose to install Photoshop CS6 from Creative Cloud yesterday, but I got some errors. This morning, I try to reopen Creative cloud and it gives me information "up to date" for Photoshop CS6 application, but this application is not in my application folder. Il would like to uninstall Photoshop CS6 from creative Cloud application and reinstall it but I don't know how to do that !

Im having the exact same issue - i got the 30days 3 triel. down loaded photoshop CC - then due to my laptop messing up i had to remove it - but in the app sectin of creative cloud its still classed as installed. . even though it's not. . now i cant reinstall it as all it says is update
and i have done every thing in all the link people have provided, removed the OOBE files,And doing the aplicatin remover dose nothing. but the app is still their and i am unable to use photosho cc.
worst thing ever why is their no uninstall/reinstall right on the creatice Cloude desktop app?

I'll forward your concern to our Product Managers. I understand that it can be frustrating to see features disabled after licensing the product. With the addition of subscription pricing, there's added questions as to what is included with each option. We're working to clearly communicate the offerings but there's more to be done.
For a little more background, Adobe has always enabled the trial license as Photoshop Extended since it was introduced in CS3. The basic reason being with a single installer, one can try the full range of Photoshop features, then with a serial number enable what's desired. We use other marketing material to try and differentiate the features that are only enabled for the Photoshop Extended version.
This solution has its problems, and distributing separate installers for Photoshop and Photoshop Extended has other problems.
My basic cheat sheet after activation looks like this:
Single installer package for all offerings
Trial license — Photoshop Extended
Photoshop Extended (perpetual license) — Photoshop Extended
Photoshop (perpetual license) — Photoshop
CS Subscription (Photoshop) — Photoshop
Creative Cloud Membership — Photoshop Extended

Using Photoshop on Creative Cloud

I installed a trial version of Creative Cloud so that I can try out photoshop.
I installed the photoshop app and it is in the "your apps" section but all is says is "up to date" There is nowhere for me to access the Photoshop and it is nowhere on my computer.
How do I open the photoshop so I can use it or does creative cloud not give you access the programs?

@John Waller - You should be able to activate/deactivate as often as you want. For CC versions it is now called Sign In (activate) and Sign Out (deactivate). See this post http://forums.adobe.com/message/5423075#5423075.
Update - See David_B's post here http://forums.adobe.com/message/5422833#5422833: "There is a limit, I believe its no more than 3 deactivations within a 24 hour time period."

Installing Photoshop from Creative Cloud

I downloaded Photoshop thru the Creative Cloud app on my pc. Seemed to work fine but after it downloaded I clicked on it to install it and got an error message from Adobe stating it was an error on their end. I also downloaded Lightroom and it worked fine, it put an icon on my desktop. Have tried Photoshop several times and I get the same message. Help!
