I have a circa 2006 shuffle which comes with its charging stand to be connected via USB to computer for charging. Can I use the USB connecting 2 pin charger provided with the iPhone4 to directly charge the shuffle as well ?

i just got the iphone 6. when i turned it on for the first time it had like half battery, i let it fully die and now im charging it for the first time. can i use it while its charging? every phone ive ever had had such a crappy battery life. i wanna finally have a good battery! lol

First you have to have an iPad with cellular 3/4G. Using the iPad on cellular is separate from your iPhone's cellular plan. You have to sign up to the iPad's cellular plan.

It's really not recommended. The iPhone's 5w charger does not output enough current to properly charge the battery. It -may- charge but if it did, it would charge the iPad very slowly.
This would be like trying to fill a bucket of water (iPad) with a squirt gun (5w charger)
Also under iOS 7, the charging requirements are much stricter than iOS 6. You'll likey get an error message if you try.
