Just got PSE 6 for my new iMac, but mine is OS 10.5.7 and the box states v10.4.8 through 10.5.2. Can I use this software? I'm not very computer savvy, just so you know. Thanks.
Yes, you can use this software. Adobe never updates the system requirements from what they are when a version is released. When PSE 6 came out, OS X was at 10.5.2, ergo….

You can't buy DVD Studio Pro. You have to buy Final Cut Studio, of which DVD Studio pro is a part. The application allows you to enter copyright information, but it does not create any kind of copy protection, not without licensing additional products such as Macrovision.

I'm using same apple id for my ipad & ipod but after start using the same apple id on my ipad, i can't update my free software downloaded on both, it's showing "YOU CAN NOT UPDATE THIS SOFTWARE SINCE YOU HAVE NOT OWNED THE MAJOR VERSION OF THIS SOFTWARE" so how i can update my softwares on ipad & ipod using the same apple id
I think the issue is that iTunes (for whatever reason) thinks I have two Apple ID's.
also, to further complicate the issue, when i try updating the apps from my iPod the iTunes store is still recognizing my old hotmail Apple ID. So when I go to enter my password it won't accept because it doesn't match with the old Apple ID, even though it is the same account (just new Apple ID name).
I have tried signing out within the App Store and re-signing in with my Apple ID but it still brings up my old Apple ID name when I try to update. -
I upgraded to IOS 7 and now I can't get my Hotmail account on my phone. When I type in all the information, I get "Unable to Verify Account Information". How do I get to use my Hotmail account using this software????
I have had the same problem as yours on my Ipad after upgraded Procreate 2.01. My iOS is 7.04. I tried to find solution from internet for weeks. Fortunately, the problem was resolved a few minutes ago. It is very simple,
1. Lunch outlook.com to confirm you can access hotmail mailbox. It means your account is Ok.
2. Go to setting>Mail,Contacts,Calendars.Delete your hotmail account from your device.(my device is Ipad)
3. Turn off your device, then turn on again.
4. Go to setting>Mail,Contacts,Calendars and create your hotmail account by tap outlook.com. Be sure the incoming mail server is pop3.live.com.
5. Waiting for validation.

Ah yes school boy error there out of frustration and discontent..
My issue is with music/apps/films etc not downloading from iTunes / App Store.
They initially fail and message is displayed stating unable to download / purchase at this time, yet if I retry it says I've already purchased (?) or alternatively I go to the purchased section and there they are waiting with the cloud symbol..
However some items get frozen in the download window and cannot be retried or deleted. Message appears stating to tap to retry, but even if you stole every bath and sink in the uk you'd still not have enough taps.
I post here as the iTunes guys are useless in there 'help' and have only advised posting here or phoning apple, at my expense, to explain a problem that could be rectified by forwarding my original email to a techie. However the tech team apparently don't have an email address as they're from ye olde Middle Ages..!
Anyways I digress.
So I tried sync to pc, but instead of showing the file as ready to listen/use/view, the iCloud symbol shows and I'm back to square one as the item is unable to download..
At frustration station waiting for a train from pain...
All my software is up to date, and had all worked fine prior to the last big iOS update that resulted in all the changes in display and dismay.

Where did the phone come from as most of the UK carriers unlock phones, but the fact that you are now abroad may be a problem.

i have a product codeContact Adobe Customer Service directly by phone or web chat (they don't do email). They don't do email. If you can provide proof of purchase to their satisfaction, they may be able to help you.

I have just updated to OS X 10.9 and now find that I can't open Aperture to access photos etc, message reads : You can't use this version of the application "Aperture" with this version of OS X.
