I can download purchased music but cannot play music from the Cloud

Is there a problem playing music from the Cloud? I cannot play music with iTunes (PC) and iOS 6.0.1, but I can download purchased music form iTunes Store. Maybe there is a problem with server?

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion. Use your backup copy to put everything back.
If for some reaosn you have failed to backup, then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod. File>Transfer Purchases

IPad worked perfectly last night, woke up this morning to "iPad Disabled". what does it mean and is everything i have on my iPad now GONE forever or can all docs., emails, photos, etc. be recovered from the Cloud?

My gf is one of those ppl with the horrible habbit of downloading anything and everything the internet tells her she needs how can i use FF to better protect her from the various virus she downloads on a regular basise

as i write this i have just restored my gf's computer back to default factory setings and cleaned the HD she has a horrible habbit of downloading anything and everything something tells her to download it her most recent actions caused her to dl a virus along with a prog called "flv tube" ive never heard of it but in less then 5 mins on google i found it to be common with viruses how can i use FF to prevent and or stop her from downloading all this crap so im not always having to fix it for her

I'm trying to watch tv (live football) on my imac G5 and Safari is struggling with some of the pages. Can't download IE anymore and so I need to be able to find the required plug-ins to watch. for example: Safari can’t open “tvants://www.tvants.com/tvants/?k=b098b8443c47b932”
also plug-ins required are a common error message.
I think this technology may only work with PC's - a shame
appreciate any help - have had a mac for years (since my Amiga became a relic!)

Can I use an Airport Extreme Base Station from the USA in Europe ?

A friend of mine gave me an Airport Extreme Base Station from the USA to Germany. When I hook it up to my PB by ethernet cable the Computer can't find the Base Station at all. If I use my Sonnett Aria Extreme PCI card it finds the station but in the pop-up menu asking in which country I want to use the airport station it only offers North and South American countries. How do I go from here and why is my PB not finding the station when I'm using cables ? Has it something to do with different models for different countries ? Any idea ? Thanx

Promblems with download from the cloud by using family account

my husband and I are using a family account. He has bought the most apps. Now I'm loged in into the family accout und I want to get some apps on my IPhone6plus.
But there are few apps I couldn't use, f. ex. the Dropbox.
I get a message, I'll try to translate into english:
for the Apple ID are no products available. This item can not be reloaded with this app since it was purchased by another user or refunded or canceled
Do you have any idea how to handle this problem?

I Am afraid that if they were not on your computer and you don't have a back up, you will have lost everything except for past purchases. Did you clear your trash?
