Can I use Windows authentication with Firefox?

My company has a website that I need to login to on a daily basis. With IE I can set up Windows Authentication to have a "single sign-on" for this website and it automatically logs me in when I open the site. I do not see any options for authentication under the Tools menu. Using Firefox's password memory does not give the same functionality.

You can do it by adding the server host name to a list of trusted host names. Obviously you need to be very careful about not adding untrustworthy servers to the list. How to use Windows Mail with Firefox

I want to use Windows Mail as my default e-mail program when using Firefox to browse the internet and initiate e-mail messages. How can I get Firefox to use Windows Mail? Right now, it is using Thunderbird, which I do not even have installed on my PC, and it is using the web e-mail Address Book and Sent folder on my ISP's web site, rather than being able to reference the Address Book and Sent folder on my PC.

The same thing happends with 30, 32 and 32 versions.
Some time ago I found a solution in internet (the solution make me do things in about:config) and that new configuration works very well (in my desktop computer)... Now I dont remember which changes I made and i can´t find the same solution to apply in my notebook.
So... in my Notebook Gmail doesn´t work with FireFox... and in my desktop, works fine. My Notebook is more powerfull than my desktop machine.
I try other solutions suggested in Firefox Forums but the issue continues... (Factory Reset, Re-install, Javascript not enabled... etc etc) Nothing work...
So in my Notebook I use Firefox (browser that I love and i been using from version 2 or 3) and Google Chrome (Browser that I DON´T LOVE AT ALL) for Gmail

I use a cardreader to connect to my bankaccount. It has worked flawlessy with Firefox until ver. 8.0 (Swedish version). Now I have to switch to either IE 8.0 or Google Chrome to make it work - which is vey sad since I've been with Mozilla/Firefox since the days of Netscape Navigator.

You can't. The iPad is desgined to be a 'one user' device and only really works with one apple ID at a time.
The only way would be if she, at work and with her work apple id, downloaded your apps (repurchasing them of course).
It's not meant to be a multiple user/multiple ID device.

I have had a similar problem with my system. I just recently (within a week of this post) built a brand new desktop. I installed Windows 7 64-bit Home and had a clean install, no problems. Using IE downloaded an anti-virus program, and then, because it was the latest version, downloaded and installed Firefox 4.0. As I began to search the internet for other programs to install after about maybe 10-15 minutes my computer crashes. Blank screen (yet monitor was still receiving a signal from computer) and completely frozen (couldn't even change the caps and num lock on keyboard). I thought I perhaps forgot to reboot after an update so I did a manual reboot and it started up fine.
When ever I got on the internet (still using firefox) it would crash after anywhere between 5-15 minutes. Since I've had good experience with FF in the past I thought it must be either the drivers or a hardware problem. So in-between crashes I updated all the drivers. Still had the same problem. Took the computer to a friend who knows more about computers than I do, made sure all the drivers were updated, same problem. We thought that it might be a hardware problem (bad video card, chipset, overheating issues, etc.), but after my friend played around with my computer for a day he found that when he didn't start FF at all it worked fine, even after watching a movie, or going through a playlist on Youtube.
At the time of this posting I'm going to try to uninstall FF 4.0 and download and install FF 3.6.16 which is currently on my laptop and works like a dream. Hopefully that will do the trick, because I love using FF and would hate to have to switch to another browser. Hopefully Mozilla will work out the kinks with FF 4 so I can continue to use it.
I apologize for the lengthy post. Any feedback would be appreciated, but is not necessary. I will try and post back after I try FF 3.16.6.

You must authorize the second computer with the same Adobe ID.
There are sometimes issues with this registration: if you have them ....
Sometimes ADE gets its registration/activation confused and in a semi-authorized state.
Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help.
Unfortunately, it often then gives misleading error messages about what is wrong.
A common incorrect message informs you that the ID is already in use on another computer and cannot be reused.
This can often be resolved by completely removing any authorization using ctrl-shift-D to the Library screen on ADE (cmd-shift-D if on Mac).
Restart ADE, and then reauthorize with your (old) Adobe ID.

My advice is to uninstall that extension. IMO, you have too many extensions installed, and are asking for problems with Firefox. I am not against using a lot of extensions in Firefox ''(I typically have 45 to 50 extensions installed, but the mix of extensions you have scares me as potentially problematic.)''

You may need to run the computer in XP mode to install it (you may try in normal mode first). Here is how:

Once installed, you should be able to get it to run with the PC in normal mode as follows (first run):
1) RightClick the shortcut;
2) Click Properties;
3) Click Compatibility;
4) Tick Run this program in Compatibility mode for, then select XP in the dropdown list;
5) Start AI9.
After that, you can just DoubleClick the shortcut.
