I'm Afit from Indonesia. I have a Visa debit card account (Indonesia) and i want use it for payment billing my iTunes store acc. But iTunes rejeted it. Anyone can solve this problem?

I don't think that debit cards are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined. You could try contacting iTunes support but I don't think that you will be able to use it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If you don't have a credit card then are iTunes gift cards available in your country ? They are not available in all countries and they are country-specific (they can only be used in their country of issue), so you won't be able to use those from another country.

You can try contacting the iTunes Store and asking if there is any way to use your card, but they probably will tell you that it's not possible.

Using a debit card in any online service where it stores your card is a bad idea in any case since if someone gains access to your account in the service, they can quickly drain your bank account. Credit cards limit your liability, as do prepaid iTunes cards.

What happens when you try to add it to your account ? Debit cards don't appear to still be accepted in all countries, and (based on what some people have posted) even where are still accepted it seems that not all cards are.
For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. The information always says wrong card information.
But i used the exact same information for my Amazon account and have bought several items via it.

hey man, I asked this on another thread and someone said they used a debit(bank) card that had a visa logo on it to pay for the ipad. I'm sure we will be fine as long as the debit card can be used as a visa or MasterCard, that's exactly why the visa logo is applied to the card, and apple is a huge corporation that would be foolish if they didn't allow payment using these types of cards. hope this helps put u at ease, I'm anxious too

Oh thank god i am not the only one with this problem. It started with me on Saturday (aug 28) and still, no solution.
I live in the border with the USA so i’ve been using my itunes account with a USA debit card and then it started with that **** declined CC problem =S
The funny thing is that i’ve been trying to change countries, setting my account to Mexico and it would still say that the CC are declined. Tried 2 USA cards and 2 Mexican cards, no results =S
Wanna read something funny. I even tried to create a brand new account based in Mexico, with another email address and it still wouldn’t let me, tells me my cards are not valid……..the **** apple!!! i cannot update any app and i just got my iphone 4 on friday last week and i am dying to try new apps.

Apple used to list specific payment types accepted. Now they have replaced it with a bland statement that's not much help. Log into your Store and see what card kinds are accepted in the Store interface window.
iTunes Store: Accepted forms of payment - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5552 - "The available payment methods vary by country, but typically you can use: Credit cards, iTunes Cards, iTunes Store Gift Certificates, Content Codes, Store credit (including Allowance Account balances), ClickandBuy, PayPal" - No specific mention of debit cards though older documents no longer on Apple website showed they at least used to be accepted in some countries (not USA).
