Yes - to a point. iCloud provides a simple gallery in the form of 'Photo Journal' - uploading of photos from iPhoto to web pages hosted on iCloud, but only from iOS devices and not so far from Macs; and the photos are compressed to a size adequate for online viewing but are not available in full resolution as with Gallery. Apple have provided a sample album here.
Apart from that you would need to find a third-party solution - this page examines some options:

Is this no longer the case? It seems that way for me. I just subscribed to an internet calendar that lists all the events at the Aspen Music Festival this summer. It appeared "On My Mac", but I had no trouble moving it to iCloud, and once I did so, all its events display on my calendar at iCloud.com as well as all my other devices where I've activated my iCloud account.

I am having a problem that I cannot find addressed. My old computer TOTALLY died - it won't even turn on to deauthorize, back-up, and all those other steps given to transfer my music. All the info I have found, says you can authorize up to 5 devices etc, but so far, nothing is working. I just want to transfer my library, and don't have hours to spend on this. I have searched and searched, and really sincerely need help, and please - only helpful comment - yeah, obviously I am missing something some where. If anyone can offer some kind advice, I would REALLY be grateful!

Apple have not announced any such plans. It was the same during the whole MobileMe period from 2008 - 2012, so it doesn't seem to be a high priority issue for Apple.

Why are the backups to iCloud much smaller than those to my PC? I subscribed to extra iCloud space expecting for the backups to be the same size. Now I have more unused iCloud space I don't need, can I get a refund?

Backups to my PC were almost 30 G bytes each time, backup to the Icloud is only 1.4 G bytes. Expecting the backups to be about the same size I subscribed to extra Icloud space. Can I stop my Icloud pace subscription amd get a refund? I have all this extra space and have no use for it. It does not appear there is a way to use this space for other storage purposes.

You can't merge iCloud backups. You could create a current backup of your phone, then restore the backup of your old phone to it and save any data you want to keep, the restore it again to the current backup. Some of your old recovered data could then be synced back to your new phone (such as photos), but other data cannot (such as text message conversations). You may not want to save any of your old data but restoring the backup would be the only way to see what's there.

If you mean to appear on icloud.com, unless something has changed recently, you can't. iCloud only pushes calendar scriptions to your other devices but will not add the subscription to the calendar on icloud.com.

What do you mean you can't get your info out of iCloud? Did you have iCloud turned on and Calendars selected when the info went missing? Or do you mean that you had been doing iCloud backups all along?

You first have to subscribe to iTunes Match through iTunes on your computer and have your music library in iTunes uploaded/matched before you can enable it on your iOS devices (see http://www.apple.com/itunes/itunes-match/). Without a computer you won't be able to use iTunes Match.

I have good news!! I was waiting until I had adequate time to try this recommended fix in case I had any problems with it. Then I decided to enter a new event in my Calender even tho it was showing "No Calenders". As soon as I entered the new event my whole Calender came back! Yeeaaa! I hope this helps someone with the same problem.

When I try to set up MS Outlook using Outlook Setup for Icloud it fails at step 2 of 7 Download Calender from iCloud with error message "your setup could not be started because of an unexpected error" My iCloud calender in Outlook had previously been working, but was not reflecting the same scheduling information, so I tried to delete it and reinstall using the Outlook Setup for iCloud.
How can I get it to work again?

I have no problems syncing my calender through icloud with my iphone 6 but can't sync it with my ipad. All it does is say turning on calendar and the wheel spins continuously. Been doing it for more than 30 minutes now.

Then just go to "Settings > iCloud" then delte the currently set up account from your device and then sign in using your existing iCloud account ID with iCloud email address (@mac.com, @me.com, or @icloud.com email address)
