Why would you do that? The power adapter has protective circuits at both the input and output. If you attached 260VAC to the input, it is likely to shut down, and can be reset by unplugging the power adapter, and plugging it into an AC outlet with the proper voltage. I'm sure you have plenty of follow-on questions ("how about 400VAC, 2000VAC, a million billion trillion volts AC), and I won't entertain those.

It cannot be tracked by either. It is tracked via Find My iPhone, so long as that was activated before the device came up missing. It has to be powered on and connected to the Internet as well.

My recently purchased IPad Air is not accepting it's own charger. It says the device is 'not certified'. Is there anything that I can do? It is the charger supplied with the iPad when purchased!

I recently purchased an IPad Air and it has been working fine for around 5 months. All of a sudden it has stopped charging and when I plug the charger in it displays a message saying,'this device is not certified and may not work correctly' (or similar). To be clear the charger is the same one that was supplied at time of buying the product and has worked fine up until now. I am loathed to buy another one as I have taken it back to where I got it from and tried a new cable and this did not work. Can anyone offer any advise? Thanks.

Ultimately if those things do not get it to work... the circuit board may be toast.
I've been hearing lately that people are having the same issue with their iPhones, a friend's experience with apple tech support in the store resulted in that explanation, and he was told to buy a new phone since it was over a year old.

I have an iPhone 4 i purchased it last year & have recently purchased the apple protection plan. Today i found that the charge is not working i wanted to know if the warranty covers the charger too. Can i get a replacement for the charger.

They said that everything in the Box which comes with the phone is covered in the warranty.

You can try restoring your iOS. Although this is most likely not the problem, Apple is going to make you do it anyway when you call or visit the store, so go ahead and try it.
If it continues, take it in for service.

Can't get rid of the "Charging" icon on my display screen

Here's a strange one...After charging my nano one night, I cannot access any of my menus because the "Charging" icon is on my screen. I'm able to hear music and control the volume. I'm running v1.2

Ihave had to buy 2 chargers due to the fact that the square adapter was left behind,,, the charger is the same color as the face plate and was not noticed. Can you buy just the square adapter instead of the whole unit?

Apple does not sell the power adapter separately from the cable. If it was the power adapter that was taken - I'm not certain from the way you phrased things - you'll have to buy both:
