Need to adjust metadata for ebook. I don't have a Mac computer, but do have an iPad. Can I download iTunes Producer to iPad?

Yes, but that process is known as burning, not downloading.
Simply put the songs in an iTunes playlist, and then use the command File > Burn Playlist to Disc. (Have a blank CD-R ready for this.) When the dialog comes up, make sure to check audio CD. An audio CD is the kind that will play in a normal CD player.

Can't get Interrupted Downloads in iPad

I rent a movie, but download was not started as it said I have no enough storage.
I then deleted something and now storage is totally enough.
But 1. I couldn't find the rental movie in "purchased" in itune on iPad
2. in "Video", I tried to download the movie, but it said "you already rent the movie, go to Download to manage your Downloads".
The thing is !!!!!!!!!! There's no such "download" in ipad itune!!!!!!!
I opened my itune on my laptop, and in "purchased" movie, it's not there either!
Anybody can help w/ this problem? Thanks.

HT3951 iTunes failed to download to iPad - no other device

I purchased an audio book - this has been paid for. But there was a problem with the download. I am not able to resume download as iTunes does not recognise a purchase has been made. There is no copy in iCloud. I have tried to go back to the book in iTunes but it says 'purchase' or preview. Advice would be helpful!

Audiobooks are currently a one-time only download, so if it didn't download successfully to the Music app, and it's not in the Downloads tab in the iTunes store app for resuming, then you will need to contact iTunes Support to get a re-download.
By 'no other device' do you mean that you haven't got a computer to do 'report a problem' from your purchase history ? If you have a computer : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that audiobook and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If you don't have a computer (or if the above 'report a problem' doesn't work, which for some people it doesn't appear to, it takes them to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes), then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purhcases, Billing & Redemption

Games purchased/downloaded from iTunes will only work on iOS devices, so they won't work on a Kindle - you will need to use the Amazon app store

Demo the same thing happened to me. I purchased a seasons pass for Sons of Anarchy Season 6 and I've got the eposides on my IPad but Airplay won't allow me to watch the episodes without an internet connection or WiFi. That's one of the weird things.. it recognizes it maybe 10% of the time. And usually, only after I do the two-button reset. Problem is.. since it won't charge above 2%, anytime I try to do a restore or anything like that using iTunes, my device shuts off and I lose whatever progress I'd made.
So, an update... after reading through a bunch of similar complaints (there are literally 1000's of them so there's NO WAY this isn't somehow ios7 related, thanks a lot APPLE ) I decided to try a restore in recovery mode. After 3 hours and several disconnections... I ended up having to just set it up as a new iPad, as the restore did nothing. Weirdly though... as I was doing the restore in recovery mode.. I noticed I'd gotten up to a 10% charge.. higher than it's been since September, so after setting it up as a new device, I turned it off and plugged it in using the wall charger. 2 hours later and I was up to 38%. Still not great, as my iPad, before ios7 could've fully charged twice in the amount of time it took for me to now get 28% more of a charge. And that's with a fully cleaned out device.. so that really ***** and I'm now more confused than ever.
But I'm gonna leave it overnight charging and see what I come up with tomorrow. Sadly, when I paid $600 for it in February, I never expected to have to play "wait and see" with it...

If you're talking about a commercial DVD and you're in the U.S. (and a number of other countries), you presume incorrectly. Commercial DVDs are encrypted and breaking that encryption is illegal. For non-encrypted DVDs, use Handbrake.

When you go to Starbucks, you'll need to first go to Settings on your iPad and choose Network. You'll see ATTWIFI as one of the available networks. When you click on that to select it, you should be immediately sent to AT&T's sign in page. You just need to check the box that says you agree to their terms and conditions and then hit the Connect button and you'll be online. One warning, however. If your Starbucks is anything like those in Manhattan, be prepared for really slow wifi. It can be a real pain waiting for pages to load sometimes.

How do I resolve this problem?

Try restarting your iPad or testing on another Wi-Fi network.
If that doesn't do it, try the troubleshooting steps in this iTunes Store doc. The same steps should help with App Store problems.
