Can java be called as frame work

I just want to know what is the exact definition of frame work. can java language or any other language can be called as frame works. if so why?
if not why not? if any one have a clear idea. pls define and help me in having a better idea. thank you.

Well, I would agree with you conclusion that a language by itself can't be called a framework. If you goal is to improve your communication, I would suggest you make good use of capitalization and use proper English instead of words like "pls".

There is probably some Windows API that does this.
You find it, you code it (in C/C++).
Once you do that then you use JNI to attach it to Java.
Alternatively you could use something like AutoIt to automate it. That would involve getting AutoIt, writing a script (that runs the report) then using java Runtime.exec() to run it.

Dear Experts,
We want to create a purchase order for our new plant which is being developed.
We would like to give this contract to a Foreign Vendor, for which final value is fixed. Say, for example 1000 USD. The time limit would be say, for example, 6 months.
So they will be sending the parts in several consignments. So, also, payment to vendor is will be done at various steps.
As on when they make ready the parts for dispatch, they can send a list of items, along with prices.
Then we want to make a PO to them with reference to main contract, for each of the consignment which they ship.
Finally we want to track,
- the total value of the consignment as per this contract, so far...
- the total payment done to the vendor as per this contract, so far...
etc...
Please suggest, which arrangement is correct.

We had a similar requirement in one of my older implementations. The solution we implemented is as follows:
PO issued for 1 account assigned line item - Installation of plant - $1000.
On receipt of details of first consignment, the PO is amended. The items are added in the PO and the value of the first line item is reduced.
This helps track all the things you want to track.

If the basics (restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new) don't work, you'll need to bring the phone to Apple for evaluation

I am curious if possibly the hotel has some sort of VOIP block on. Have you tried Skype? Did you talk to the hotel staff? I would instead say you have a problem since nearly all IPs work as advertised. IF you do have a bad phone, take it into an Apple store and get a replacement. Hope you didn't jailbreak your phone though as Apple probably will tell you, you broke it, you fix it.

I got to that page but clicking on the Subscribe Free had no effect.
Nothing showed in the Podcasts nor the iTunes U.
In fact I also subscribed to Stanford's lectures and despite actually managing to DL them there is still no subscription in iTunes U, just the Intro to Computer Science belatedly.

If your speaker is broken, then you may need to get a repair done.
Are you unable to hear anything at all, or is it just one speaker in particular?
