Can not download apps on my new iPhone I have change password on my apple I'd and it's still not logining in on my phone

You can only transfer music purchased from the iTunes store to your computer, and this is done using itunes (File>Devices>Transfer Purchases). If the music you want to tranfer is associated with an app, unless the app specifically can share files with iTunes or sync them with iCloud, the music would only be stored as app data in your backup. If it is stored in the backup, you would have to restore the entire backup to your other device in order to transfer the music. If it shared with iTunes you may be able to save it to your computer from within iTunes. If it is synced with iCloud, you could access it using the same app on your other device by signing into the same iCloud account.
Since there are clearly a variety of ways that it could be transferred depending on the app, you should contact the app developer to ask how this is done with their app.

It is not recommended, once you start a download you should always let it complete the function. If you need to stop the download it may show the icon for the application even though you cancel it. It may or may not let you attempt to try to download the application a 2nd time.

I can't get apps to download

I am having trouble getting apps to load. It says that my account is temporarily unavailable

Sign out of itunes and app store, restart iphone, then sign in and make sure you have enough space on the phone. Do not try to download more then one the first time. Do not try to download more then three at once ever.

I can log into iTunes and App Store but NOT iMessage. What gives?

I'm currently using Wifi with my 3rd gen iPad. iOS 6.0.1. I'm not home so I don't have access to my iMac (actually currently at 30k ft somewhere over Virginia :) ).
Anyway, I can log into iTunes, access the App Store, sign out of those, log back in. No prob. I used my appleID and pass to write this message. But I cannot get into Imessage, and I can't figure it out!
I get an error saying: "could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again." If I try to make a new appleID, imessage thinks and thinks...nothing happens.
This isn't a new issue, it's been like this for quite a while, since upgrading to iOS 6 months ago. How can I get into imessage on my ipad? For what it's worth, it works fine on my iPhone.

When my husband tries to download a free app, he can get all the way to pushing install, then having the icon appear on his home screen with the waiting bar under it. But then it prompts him to accept the updated terms and conditions. When he agrees to do so, instead of opening the T&C agreement (presumably in safari?), it just sends him back to the purchase screen in the App store, where he had originally clicked 'Install'. This happens over and over... we know we can make it go away for the time being by just having him log onto ITunes on our laptop and accept the T&C there, but that doesn't fix the bigger problem, which seems to be this hangup. Any thoughts?

I recently downloaded ios7.1 to my ipad and my wife's cell phone # appeared on my ipad. It would not let us change it. Now I am getting her text messages and she is getting the apps I load on her iphone4S. We both have iphone 4S, but she has version 7.1 and I still have 6.0 because I didn't like the changes in v.7.0. We share an Apple ID and password which was not a problem before. My daughter says this is our problem, as she had her husband had this issue. She doesn't know how he fixed it. Has anyone else had this issue and can you tell us how to separate our Apple ID/passwords if this is, indeed, the problem?

If you share an Apple ID, both of your phone numbers should be linked to that ID. You should be able to use your phone number as well. My wife, my daughter and I all share an Apple ID for purchases, and we each text from our iOS devices using our own iPhone numbers.
When iOS 6 came out, you were able to link the phone number with your Apple ID to use for Messages and FaceTime. You will need to sign out of messages on all devices and then start the process all over again.

I backed up my new iphone through icloud using wifi but all my apps and music are pending and wont fully download. I dont have access to my old itunes due to it being on my old laptop that is broken - what can i do to get everything to download fully?

Open iTunes, go to the iTunes Store, and then go to Purchased on the right hand side under Music Quick Links.
You can re-download all the songs, apps, or books you have previously purchased.
I'm not sure if this is a requirement, but just in case, make sure you download the latest version of iTunes (v10.3) too.
