Can my clients upload files, (image files for example) to my Creative Cloud?

If you want someone to share a file with you so yes it is posible. people can register there email ID as Adobe ID on adobe.com and they can use upto 2GB of free spae for 1 month (Trial period) and upto 20Gb in case if they have purchased Creative Cloud membership and upto 100 in case they have Creative Cloud team account.
After sharing the file by someone you will get an email with the link to download the same on your computer.
If you want someone to upload files in your creative cloud storage then it is not posible because to upload the file on your creative cloud storage CC desktop app or creative.adobe.com website need a Adobe ID and password to login which is not there with the other user.

ALakey, Yes!!! You can, you just have to click on Share and put the email address of the person and a link will be sent to him.

How can my client upload files and new articles to his website without involving me?

I have created a website for a client who wants to be able to add any new information to his articles without having to go through me again.
How does he do this?
I have added all permissions to him as a user. I know how he can edit existing information on the website, but not to add anything new.

Hi Tanya,
At this stage this is not possible out of the box in Muse to add the articles, you only can edit them using the in browser editing. To be able to add something without involving Muse, you will need to use a CMS system like business catalyst, where you can setup modules like blogs or news items for your client and they can add them from the back-end itself, which will reflect instantly on the site.
Since, this feature is not there in Muse at current stage, I will recommend that you post this on our ideas section over here, https://forums.adobe.com/community/muse/ideas, and let our devs team know of this requirement.

Store my files on the creative cloud

How can I store my files on the creative cloud? Is this option not yet availabe. I am also tryinhg to open the 'Behance tab' but everytime it continues to load but doesn't open anything.

There are two ways to upload your files.
To use the file syncing part of the Creative Cloud app sign up at the Early Access page here https://creative.adobe.com/earlyaccess.
You can also upload files using a browser from the Files page at https://creative.adobe.com/files.

Can 3rd Parties (Clients) upload files to CC?

I'm looking for a 4 Gig video file to be uploaded from a client to my Creative Cloud online storage, the file is obviously too large for the free version of Drop Box. So I thought I could use creative cloud for this but I can't find anyway to allow a guest access or provide an upload address. Any advice? Is this even possible?

Hi,
You can not ask your client to upload the files into your creative cloud storage(2 GB for trial and 20 GB for subscribed users). You can only upload the files into the creative cloud if you are logged in to creative.adobe.com with your adobe ID and password.
However Creative Cloud is currently experiencing issues with a small number of file types. Previews and download conversions will be delayed for these files. We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.

Our team cannot see shared and sync'd files in our Creative Cloud account. How can we fix this?

The team members are logged in, have loaded a test file in the Creative Cloud Files directory, uploaded them to the Cloud and made the files public, but we cannot see them in the web browser under "Creative Cloud Files".
The files seem to be there because we can send an email with a link to the files and can see them through the linke, just not in the browser.
What might we be doing wrong?

Folder sharing is not available yet. It is being worked on.
So currently a file is owned by one Adobe ID. That Adobe ID can create a public sharing link to that file. Anyone can access this link whether or not they are signed in with an Adobe ID.

Yes. Simplest is to navigate to a different section of the website. Clicking on the Download Center will bring up a browser dialog asking if you want to navigate away and thus cancel the upload.

Which version of Photoshop are you using? Photoshop CC?
You'll probably still want to save you PSD files locally to the computers hard drive. You can upload them to the Creative Cloud files page here https://creative.adobe.com/files through the browser.
Then you could download it on another computer to work on it there.

Synchronize Files error on Creative Cloud desktop

Hi there,
I can't synchronize anymore my files with the creative cloud Desktop.
I am running Creative Cloud Windows 8.1 64 bits. My OS and my softwares are uptodate. I think it's since 1 or two CC Desktop update that i can't synchronize files anymore. Fonts are still synchronized.
I've tryed evrything i could:
     -remove and reinstall CC desktop
     -stop synchronize, star again
     -place the folder to default location
     -no file in the folder
And even with no files in it it can't synchronize lol
When i remove and re-install it works fine, i can put files and it's synchronize well. But when i re-start my comp it show "error can't synchronize"
At work I'm running Windows 8.1 64 bits CC Team and it works fine. The only difference is my Anti virus, F-secure at work, Avast at home.
I Hope you've got some ideas for me..

I agree... a late evening talk would be better than chat. I think I'll have to give a call next week and hopefully talk to someone that I can explain the situation.
Right now CC is working okay with exception of the files and fonts.. I'm enjoying the latest software and can see all the apps and able to install as needed. I've just recently explored the other features. Such as storing files in the cloud account.
I thought it would be easy. The website uploaded them fine and a few test files are there but I just don't see them in the CC desktop app. Also the "Turn File and Font Sync OFF" in the dropdown at
top of the app looks the same. It won't toggle when clicked on.
It's hard to determine what is current information sometimes that I'm reading on forums. I have seen where the files feature is not available yet but I'm just not sure if that was from the past or still not working. There should be a page that you can go to that is the very most up to date information and maybe there is but I haven't found it.
I was able to get Typekit font account and for a moment I thought that was going to work. It showed under Fonts in the CC app on my desktop but that's all it did was show up. The moment I tried to retrieve a font through clicking it then everything under Font disappeared and now when I click the Fonts tab it's a blank white window with the wheel spinning in the center like it's loading.
One last thing regarding the files syncing. I believe there is suppose to be a folder on your computer that it creates and that's where the files are on your computer that match those in the cloud storage. I can't find that folder on my computer. I've done a search but no folder. I'm on Windows 7. Might still go back to that feature not being available though and just part of that.
If I find something out useful I'll let you know. I'll call on Monday if I can.

Problem Viewing and Opening Files from the Creative Cloud

I am using Photoshop Touch v1.7.5 on an iPad4.
When I try to open an existing file from the creative cloud not all of my files and folders are displayed. My list of folders appear alphabetically and stop at those starting with the letter L. Therefore I cannot open all of my files that have previously been uploaded to the cloud.
Is this a bug or am I missing something here?
If it's a bug, is Adobe working on it?
When can we expect an update?

I Had concerns about this problem back in November.
It is apparently a bug. Since Adobe has no customer support for the Photoshop Touch app, those of us who primarily make use of the creative cloud and the app are paying for a service that at the moment doesn't completely work.
It is very frustrating that customers paying for a creative clould account and using the photoshop touch app have only this forum as a source of customer support. As a result, you can't depend on receiving information from someone who is actually an Adobe employee.
I hope that Adobe is working to fix this problem. However, we don't really know if or when that may happen because of the lack of information that is supplied.

How do I move my Muse file to the Creative Cloud folder without losing all the links to assets?

I'd like to keep my .muse files in the Creative Cloud folder so they will be accessible from anywhere, and always backed up. But I have many hundreds of links to image assets etc, and am worried that if I move the Muse file to the CC folder the links will be broken.
The links situation with Muse already seems worrying to me — my images are all arranged in folders but Muse seems unable to deal with this properly so can have trouble finding them. So if I move not only the Muse file but all the image files and folders, will Muse still be able to operate, or will I be faced with potentially having to spend many hours manually linking the image files?
Is there a recommended way of arranging assets etc when working with Muse using the Creative Cloud folder?

Move from the Creative Cloud to the Muse forum. They will be able to help you here with the issue of Muse finding your images.
The Creative Cloud file storage will do nothing to change any of your files, it will just store them. But you will not be able to make your Muse sight work from within the Creative Cloud.

Lightroom Mobile is not a cloud storage service. You shouldn't treat it as a way of backing up your files. You are merely storing Smart Previews of your files in the cloud space, high-quality JPEGs of your files regardless of their original format on your desktop. The point is that they are there so you can continue editing them in a Lightroom-like environment even while away from your desktop/laptop computer. The files in Lightroom Mobile can only be used in Lightroom Mobile.
This is very different from what is offered by the Creative Cloud storage, which can be used to synchronize your files between any device (that can support the individual files).
The vast difference in how each service works and its intended use is why they are separate.
