Can NI-DAQmx Base read more than one channel at a time?

I need to read and record two channels off of my Ni USB-6008 using NI-DAQmx Base. Is there a way to do this or is a lost cause?

Of course it can read multiple channels. In your channel setup, do something like "Dev1/ai0:2". This will read channels 0 through 2.

ITunes 8.1 Can't Seem to do More Than One Thing at a Time

I upgraded to 8.1 and now, rather than a "faster" iTunes experience as was advertised on Apple's website, iTunes can't seem to do more than one thing at a time without locking up the application completely. For instance, when trying to download podcasts if I choose to hit more than one "Get" button at a time iTunes will freeze up until the first podcast has completely downloaded. During this time I cannot access any other screen in iTunes at all.
This freezing of iTunes also occurred while I was trying to sync my iPhone 3G. I received the Calendar sync error that a few other people have mentioned on the forum and wanted to turn off Calendar sync (since I don't use it and don't understand why iTunes turned it on by default, apparently, after the upgrade) but I had to wait for my iPhone 3G to completely sync before I could gain access to any of the tabs in the iPhone sync window.
So, basically it seems like the new version of iTunes (8.1) really doesn't like to be bothered while it is trying to copy data from one place to another.
Any ideas?

I'm using Vista Ultimate 64-bit and iTunes 8.1 installed OK, but required a restart of the entire OS after upgrading. It takes forever to launch, clicking on certain items (like applications) causes itunes to freeze for about 15-30 seconds before it continues (this is actually something that's been there since the introduction of the app store), I've had to switch my library view to LIST and avoid any sort of album art. Using album art to view my library causes iTunes to be extremely, obnoxiously unresponsive.
The best part - plugging in my iPhone to sync it... iTunes simply sits there dumbly - doesn't even recognize that I've plugged my iPhone in. So now I can't even sync. QUALITY product, quality. So the app I'm FORCED to use to manage my phone doesn't even work after upgrading. Outstanding.
I'm terrified of uninstalling and reinstalling... the last time I did that with iTunes it jacked my library up... it "lost" all of my music... basically it disassociated all of the music (even the stuff purchased through the itunes store) with the index file so I had to re-import EVERY song and delete the duplicate entry.
I searched a ton of forums looking for any clues as to how I could improve performance... All I run into is apple fan boys flaming any and all forums to the point of PC *****, no Apple *****, and so forth. Extremely unhelpful.
The fact is this - if I wasn't forced to use iTunes to manage my non-jailbroken iPhone 3G, then I'd dump it completely. It is a horrible app. Why punish the customers that haven't gone the route of "jail breaking" their iPhones?
One individual on one of the forums suggested that blue screens, and all the other random errors, including slow performance were due to a lack of RAM. I have 4GB of RAM on my machine I can run a virtual Fedora core 9 machine and a virtual WinXP machine on my Vista x64 box and still not have any performance issues with those two virtuals in the background sucking up system resources, yet with nothing open and less than 50% of my 4GB of RAM in use iTunes performance is abysmal. I have not run into any other application on my Vista machine that performs as badly as iTunes.
And Apple is touting a "64-bit" version of iTunes - it isn't. The applications the 64-bit installer installs are all 32-bit.
So, I'm searching as the two of you are for an answer to horrible performance of iTunes.
Even exiting out of iTunes takes a day and a half... "saving itunes library".... And my "library" isn't that big.

Yes.....IF.....you use a powered USB hub.
I have had 3 printers connected at the same time in the past and assume that more would work as long you have a powered hub to support the number of ports that you need.

Hi I am trying to order prints of more than one photo at a time but can only select one photo - if I press command it just jumps to the next photo, not allowing me to select multiple photos.

With version 4 why can't I go back more than one page at a time. Used to be able to jump back with older version.

Simply wondering if a group of people can video-chat together at same time, or just one-on-one?

It is currently only possible to have a peer to peer connection with one other computer.
To connect with multiple computer you would have to connect via a dedicated server and that is currently not possible with WebRTC.

the x1222 includes a 2 channel audio interface, 2 channels are all you can get from it.

Query to read more than one aggregate at same time - is it possible?

Hi,
We have 2 aggregates set up. One contains data for 2007, the other for 2006. These are restricted by setting fixed values for 0CALYEAR.
When running a query for a single year the correct aggregate is picked up depending on which year is input.
When running the query for a range which spans both years then no aggreagate is picked up and the cube is then read.
Is there a system setting somewhere (RSADMIN table possibly?) which allows for multiple aggregates to be used when query is executed?
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately we have too many queries against the cube in question to have to create and utilise restricted key figures per year.
I'm looking for a quick fix solution here if it exists - i.e. a parameter setting possibly.
I of course always use RSRT when testing the use of aggregates.
When I enter the range of years I get the following message:
Not possible because -
'____Characteristic/attribute 0CALYEAR does not have aggregation level */%'
This is displayed against both the aggregates for 2006 and 2007.
When using only one year then it correctly finds the aggregate for that year.

The vendor evaluation for some thousand vendors at the same time has already been in SAP long before they developed LSMW. The purpose of LSMW is to load data from a legacy system, of course you can (mis-)use it for a lot other things.
But you should not always use LSMW if you are to lazy to go thru the SAP standard menu to find a transaction like ME6G
There you define a job that runs RM06LBAT report.
You first have to define a selection variant for this report. this can be done in SE38 by entering the report name, select variant, clicking display, then entering a name for the variant and clicking Create.

Moving more than one subtitle at a time

I´m new to the program...so apologies if this is a basic question...
How do I select several subtitles and move them around as a group?
Its a narrative film, 100 minutes long with thousands of subtitles. We are planning on making a few changes to the movie in final cut and then exporting the file in compressor again, and replacing the old movie track in DVDSP. For the most part things will be the same but we might add or subtrack a few seconds here and there. We don´t want to have to replace all the subtitles again; if an intermediate scene gets lengthened, for example, we would just want to shift all the subsequent subtitles back...
But I can´t seem to move more than one subtitle at a time!

Sorry, but the answer is "no". What intrigues me is the total understanding (and no complaints) that the movie and the audio will have to be redone (re-encoded), but for subtitles everybody wants an easy solution.

As you would with regular files. I can't seem to highlight more than one layer at a time. I also tried linking the layers to be deleted but that didn't work either. Am I trying to do the impossible?

V+backspace then enter.
On photoshop elements 1,2 and 3 this deletes only
the layer that is selected, not the layers linked to it.
On photoshop elements 4,5,6,7 and 8 this deletes the
selected layer or layers.
