Can no longer connect to music store
I'm not sure what happened. After I did a clean install of WinXP, I downloaded the latest version of iTunes and connected to music store and bought some music. I couldn't burn it onto a CD. I uninstalled everything, re-installed the original iTunes from the mini CD, and now it won't connect to the music library anymore.
Does anyone have any idea what the heck happened?
Please help,
Thanks
Nancy
Nancy, welcome to discussions! Since this is a connection issue with the store & not a problem with your mini, I would suggest you re-post in the iTunes for Windows forum, under the sub-section "using iTunes music store". There are a number of threads in that forum dealing with store connection issues.

Can no longer connect to iTune store - "server is down" message
Suddenly I can no longer connect to iTune Store via my AppleTV
What should I do? Many thanksWait for the server to come back. If the server is down, then there is nothing you can do about it, and you must wait for apple to get the server back up and running.

I updated to iTunes 11.4 when prompted. I can no longer connect to the Store. Tried all troubleshooting, checked Firewall, and my internet connection is fine. I re-downloaded iTunes and selected the "repair" radio button. Still has not resolved "unknown error occurred (-3212)". Does anyone have any other suggestions?
Hey there ILSquid,
It sounds like you have checked your firewall settings, and your internet connection but cannot get to the iTunes Store with your iTunes application and you get this error number 3212. I would look over the troubleshooting in the following article to see what steps have yet to be done. Infact I would recommend doing the troubleshooting sequentially from top to bottom.

If you still cannot get to the iTunes Store there is a more advanced troubleshooting article with more to try, here:

My Kids can no longer connect to iTunes Store
It seems that after the latest security patch, my children can no longer connect to the iTunes store. It just hangs and never connects to the main page. They can view there account information, but when they try to connect to the main store...it hangs. I can log into the same machine and connect to the store immediately. I checked the Parental Controls and it seems fine, nothing changed.
Help, I have angry children who want to purchase music.I don't know if this will help or not, but the same thing happened to my kids' macbook. I didn't have the parental settings on the iTunes store on, but I did have the settings on the Parental Controls for the MB enabled. Although I had 'unchecked' everything, I had to actually disable it for the kids to buy anything.
A pain, I know, but hopefully there's a work around for it. My kids itunes started that whenever we downloaded the last OSX security update. You can turn the settings off, have the kids download the music, then turn the settings back on. Like I say--a pain, but doable.
Hope this helps. -
I can no longer connect to itunes store ot internet radio
I can no longer connect to the itunes store or internet radio. Internet connection is OK. Everything used to work just fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Itunes a couple of times with no luck. Itunes itself works fine. My download speed is around 20 Mbps. Why would Itunes radio suddenly be inaccessible?
Maybe check you are logged into your Apple ID.

After 3 years of happily using iTunes store all of a sudden I can no longer connect. There is no error message, the attempted connection just hangs. Why?
I ran the iTunes diagnostic and got a positive result - I am, apparently, in contact with the Store. But I still cannot connect. I have carried out all ther suggested operations ... and still cannot connect! The diagnostics gave me the following report:

I just upgraded my iPhone 4 and iPad Mini to iOS 7, suddenly they both can no longer access to iTunes nor App Store. The message says "Cannot connect to App Store". After some research, I did reset all, and still the same. Can anyone have a clue? Thanks,
As I mentioned earlier, when I clicked on the App Store or iTunes Store, the message reads "Cannot connect to iTunes Store" or "Cannot connect to App Store" depending on which I clicked.
I did check iTunes & App Store, it used to show my Apple ID there, but somehow it shows empty there. I then manually typed in my Apple ID, it just won't work. I know for sure that my Apple ID works as I tried logging online using that ID fine, but my iPhone and iPA

Can no longer connect to Itunes store
I cannot connect to Itunes store. I have done everything that the Itunes support e-mail told me. I unblocked pop-ups, checked my firewall that Itunes was allowed, and checked my internet connection and still no Itunes. Itunes support has been no help other than 3 identical e-mails. Can someone please help? Get the feeling Apple doesn't like non-Mac customers.
Try running iTunes Diagnostics and pasting the output here.
What firewall software are you running on your computer? Try to set it up again or uninstall it (for testing purposes only).

I have not been able to connect to the store to update, restore, download apps, or anything . I just get a connection error. I have turned off my firewall, added all the apple locations to my trusted sites, deleted the original dial up connection, and nothing seems to work. Does anyone know if iTunes is looking for that orginal path to the store?

I can nolonge download music from I tunes, because the music store page fades in and out and will not remain permanent to allow me to download music with a pre-paid I tunes card.
Also, why is it you can only download music to an I-pod from one primary computer. Is there a method that will allow me to download music from a variety of computers.it only happens for previous purchases - if you have a computer you can try to download your purchase history there and then just sync them to your device - http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519 - http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1386.

DaveWait for the server to come back. If the server is down, then there is nothing you can do about it, and you must wait for apple to get the server back up and running.

Can no longer connect with itunes store to watch movies. How come?
I have been using Apple TV to watch movies on my television set for several months with no problems. The last movie I watched was on Nov. 22/13, but since then every time I want to rent a movie, I am unable to access the itunes store. I get a message saying Unable to sign In and that I should try again later. I have tried about 15 times over 2 days and keep getting the same message. Oddly enough I can actually watch the preview of any movie, but when I go through the process of actually renting the movie, then I get the message that I am unable to access the itunes store. What is the solution? Same problem with NETFLIX.
Try running iTunes Diagnostics and pasting the output here.
What firewall software are you running on your computer? Try to set it up again or uninstall it (for testing purposes only).

After downloading iTunes version 12.01.26 on my PC my iTunes can no longer connect to the iTunes store or iTunes Match. My itunes displayed a message at the top that it was connecting to the iTunes Store. After closing my laptop and opening it again after a few hours, there was a message stating that my computer was unable to connect to iTunes because of a problem with my internet connection. My laptop is connecting fine with the internet, yet not through the iTunes program, or at least it seems that way. I'm not positive but feel like the issue may have stemmed when I downloaded the new version, I think maybe I messed up the process somehow by closing my computer or something.
