Can no longer discover new related music

in the past couple of years Apple has done away with a proper "just added" (i see so many albums from 2004 in the just added list) and then New Music from My Favorite Artists (or whatever it was called) disappeared. Unless recommendations has a preference to allow for only new music choices instead of constantly bringing up 10 year old albums, what's left in order to discover newly released music I will like?

Took my MacBook Pro and AirPort Extreme to the Mac shop this morning. Technician was able to connect a USB printer to my AirPort Extreme and print to it from my MacBook Pro just fine. He suggested I do the following at home:
(a) Use a new cable to connect my AirPort Extreme to my USB printer
(b) Remove battery from MacBook Pro, put it back, then hold down power button for 6 seconds.
(c) Restart MacBook Pro while holding down Command + Option + P + R until I hear the chimes.
Tried all of the above steps at once, and my problem is now solved.

ITunes can no longer add new apps on my ipad2 and/or stuck on "waiting"

My iTunes can no longer add new apps to my iPad. On iTunes, it shows as having been downloaded and installed on the iPad whilst on the iPad, it shows the app icon reflected as "Waiting".
Apps downloaded on the iPad sync correctly to the computer (iTunes) but apps downloaded via iTunes can't sync to the iPad.
I did everything possible, well except for restoring. I'm hoping someone could help me. Please, please, tell me there's another way aside from restoring. Heres a recap of what i did so far. So I rebooted(several times), deleted every app in the multitask and rebooted, restored to original settings, changed my password, changed my payment info, turned off my restriction, turned on my 'automatically sync new apps, etc., finished all incomplete downloads in my pc, synced and still nothing happened, what's so bad is the fact that it's downloading in my pc but not syncing/installing in my iPad2. I'm literally going nuts over this.. PLEASE HELP! Hoping somebody out there have the answer. Pleeeeaaaaseee.. Thanks you so much.

You don't download iTunes to the iPod. You download it to your PC or Mac. Are you connecting the iPod with the same computer your originally set up the iPod up with?
What happens when you try to sync your iPod Touch with iTunes?
Why can't you just redownload the App directly from your iPod Touch?

If you have not taken the iPod apart, Apple will exchange it for a refurbished one for $99. You can do it an an Apple store

Are you sure that these times are still selected to sync in iTunes?
When you connect your iPad to your PC and with iTunes running, select your iPad under the devices button in the upper right corner of the iTunes window. Then click on the Movies tab and make sure that the movies are selected (checked) to sync. Check the playlists in the Music tab as well.

I can no longer enter "new events"

I can no longer enter "new events" in my iCal on my Mac (O/S 10.6.7) . I can only enter a new event on my iPhone Calendar and then sync to my iCal on my home computer, which is a Mac Pro. It used to work fine.

Troubleshooting:
1.) First make an iCal backup: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2966.
2.) Remove the following to the trash and restart your computer:
Home > Library > Caches > com.apple.ical and / or "ical"
Home > Library > Calendars > Calendar Cache, Cache, Cache 1, 2, 3, etc. (Do not remove Sync Cache or Theme Cache)
Home > Library > Preferences > com.apple.ical (There may be more than one of these. Remove them all.)
__NOTE: Removing these files will remove any shared (CalDAV) calendars you may have access to. You will have to re-add those calendars to iCal > Preferences > Accounts.
Once the computer is back up and running open iCal and test.

Try uninstalling the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and the current version of Firefox.

To repair an iPod disk—Restore the iPod or iPod shuffle using the latest version of iTunes.
Warning: Be sure to back up your data before restoring an iPod. The restore process cannot be undone. All of your songs and files will be deleted.

Can no longer add new mailbox after updating to Mavericks.

I recently upgraded to OS Mavericks. After trying to create a new mailbox, however, I find that I can no longer do so. Is this related to the Mavericks upgrade and, if so, does anyone have a solution?

Sorry, but there is no solution to this for PSE 11. Although it's not much help, Adobe never recommends upgrading to an OS beyond whatever is current when a version of PSE is released, although most of the time it's not an issue. For instance, it is Only PSE 11 that has problems in 10.9, and only for those filters. Otherwise, 6 through 12 all work fine.

I can no longer create new folders in Windows 7; could this problem be a result of recently reinstalling Firefox?

I'm using Windows 7 Home premium on an HP Pavilion laptop. Maybe two weeks ago, I stopped being able to create new folders in the Windows Explorer box; I click the "New Folder" button, and nothing happens: no error message, nothing. Around two weeks ago, I also reinstalled Firefox to get rid of some adware virus (success: the adware is gone!). I do not recall the exact timing on when I did the reinstall and when I stopped being able to create new folders, but I'm wondering if the folder problem could be related to the re-install. And if so, what can I do about it?

Can no longer discover Bonjour printer after logic board replacement

Since the logic board in my MacBook Pro was replaced, I can no longer "see" or print to an HP Laserjet 1200 printer connected to the USB port of my AirPort Extreme (ie, using Bonjour). The printer is not listed when I attempt to add a printer via the Print & Fax dialog. A Windows Vista laptop using the same network can print OK to this printer wirelessly, and I can print OK to the printer if I disconnect it from the AirPort Extreme and connect it directly to the USB port of my MacBook Pro. However, I can no longer print to this printer via a wireless connection. My internet connectivity is fine.

Can't Disable "Discover Dynamically-Related Files"! DW CS5

Hello,
In "Preferences -> General" there is an option for "Discover Dynamically-Related Files" for which the choices are Automatically, Manually, Disabled. Is anyone else having a problem setting the option to "Disabled"?? Everytime I set it to disabled, click OK, restart Dreamweaver, open preferences... it's set back to "Manually" again and I get the bar at the top of the code view window telling me "This page may have dynamically-related files....".
I am however able to uncheck "Enable Related Files" entirely which will get saved after dreamweaver restarts.
Any clues?

Hi, I was also experiencing the same problem. I'm using DW CS5 on a Windows environment. The fact is that the software itself isn't modifiying the configuration in the registry. Obviously Adobe has to release an update to resolve this bug but, in the meantime, you can solve it by yourself modifying this key in the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS5\General Preferences
Change the KEY : Discover Dynamic Related Docs Method -> disabled
Note: I've just done this and works for me, but I cannot assure you if tomorrow will behave as today... you know, AI , Adobe Intelligence ;-)

HELP!!! What do I need to do? New hard drive, more memory, external hard drive? I would like to transfer my itunes library to an external hard drive to free up space and continue to add to itunes, but if I transfer my current library do I lose it next time I sync my ipod?

No, you can copy your music folder to an external hard drive. Once you have moved it, launch iTunes while holding down the option key on your keyboard. A dialog box will come up asking you where the library is that you want to use. Select the library on your external hard drive.
Once you have confirmed that this works, you can delete the iTunes library on your internal hard drive. Remember to empty the Trash after you put the folder in there.
Note that if you disconnect your MacBook from the external hard drive (a possibility - it is a portable computer after all) you will not have access to that music.
Syncing your iPod should go as normal.
