Can not accept terms of service

When I try to accept the tems of service in the email it just tells me verizon can not continue and then when I log into homecontrol i get We are sorry... We are unable to verify your Terms of Service
Please help I want to hook all this cool stuff up

OK, sorry to hear that, let's see if we can figure out what is going wrong.
When you click on the red Term of Service button in the Welcome to Home Monitoring and Control email, it opens the terms of service and you then check "I have read and agreed" at the bottom and click on access now to activate your hmc account it takes you to a setup wizard.
Can you try doing the above procedure again and let us know what happens when you do that. If you have already successfully accepted your tos it will usually open to essentialsandextras.verizon.com. From there you should be able to successfully access Home Monitoring under My Services at the top of the page.

    Hi,
    Your Service entry sheet total might have exceeded as per you client setup.
    It sees that it require approval. You may not have authorization to save the service entry sheet which exceeds a certain total.
    Also the log which you got ie Z1 001 describes that if any cash payments exceeds it should undergo approval.
    Communicate with your seniors whether they have any setup like this. In that case they can only do this.
    for more infomation Go to SE91 trxn code and Give msg class as Z1 and check the error message.

    For the Toshiba tools you have to install Common Modules first. Its necessary for all other tools. Check this!
    Furthermore are you sure that Satellite Pro U200 is equipped with HDD protection?

    It's because Tim is hitting her to answers on how to fix the maps issue and advice about whether or not to allow people to downgrade back to 5.1.1 because it was stable and it "just worked".
    Keep hitting her, she'll answer after awhile... Tim will go to sleep sometime or pass out from exhaustion.

    I have installed Fabric Manager version 3.3.(4). In the Performance Web Client I can not start the service Data Collection is in starting forever.

    Please provide more details like: Server OS, Java version, and what type of database you are using for the FM Server.  Have you considered using a newer version of FM Server?

    I have been trying to configure a Web services data store to connect to an HTTPS Wsdl file
    Here is some background.
    DS Version: 14.1.1.210
    Job Server Windows 2008
    if i configure the datastore and leave the field for Keystore path empty, i get the following error:

  • HELP! Can Not Accept Images from Mac to Windows - ...

    Last week I updated my Skype to Apple Mac Version 7.2 (412) (latest Version) and all of a sudden a few of my employees could not accept image files from me. Its telling them "the photo is unavailable"
    Ive used Skype with them for 7 years and this is the first time we had any issues like this. 
    Now, I know this is usually related to the updates not being current for all users but this not the case, 2 out of 5 of my employees (Using Windows) can not reaceive any photos from me but they are running the latest version of Skype which is 6.22.59.107 (Windows) The other emplyees of mine are also running the latest version of Skype for Windows anf they are able to recieve files from me with no problems. 
    This problem only started when I updated last week. 
    Is this a Bug? Any work arounds? Anything.....

    Can you please double check with your contact on Windows 8 that they are using Skype 7.0 for Windows and not Skype 3.1 for modern Windows. The latter is not supporting the new modern photo transfer method. you can share this link for the Skype for Windows desktop client: http://www.skype.com/en/download-skype/skype-for-computer/

    Repair permissions, restart your computer and try again.

                      In LMS , I can not lunch Topology Service that there're alert "Unable to lunch Application ".
    Maybe it's problem in Java but I've already re-install JAVA and ,Cash file and restart Server also.
    but still can not work so Could you please advise How I sovle it ?

    This problem has always been fixed by clearing the IE Internet Temp Files within the Internet Options control panel.  I recommend you close IE, open the Intenet Options control panel, clear the files, then increase the allowable temp size to see if that fixes this.  A size of 500 MB should be sufficient.

  • Can not accept license after installing Acrobat Reader 8 and removing 6

    To whom it may concern,
    after installing Acrobat Reader 8, removing Acrobat Reader 6, and starting Acrobat Reader 8 the license agreemnet window appeared as aspected. The problem is it displays everything as far as I can see correctly, but it is not working in any way. I have to close the windows by clicking on the white cross in the title bar. I then receive the message, that I did not accept the license and therefore Acrobat Reader will be closed. And that happens when I click ok.
    Hopefully someone over here as a tip who I can proceed. Thanks in advance!

    I'm using Firefox as well. An the tip and tool form Liam helped.
    Just give it a try. The Explorer is used by Windows for more than a simple browser.
